Friendly staff that went out of their way to help us find the right size at another store.

My husband and I both needed new sneakers so we popped into DSW with our babies. The staff was very friendly - several people welcomed us when we came in and we were asked if we needed assistance. There was a good selection and we both found what we needed.

I had to do due returns on 3 pair. And they were so sweet to take care of all of us hem. I ordered wrong size. Thank you DSW

I love this store. I was wanting these super cute and comfy shoes that were not in stock in my size and were more expensive to buy online then in the store. Sabrina went above and beyond to match the prices. Great experience!

I am disabled, walking is hard, the store is huge. The young lady who directed me to the slippers came by to dig the paper stuffing from the toe of one I'd taken to try on. My hands are warped from arthritis, with no strength. She noticed me struggling, close to tears, and cheered me up again as she worked hard to get the shoe's toe cleared.

She owns the same brand herself and suggested buying a size larger. Then she carried back the box of the smaller pair.

There was no price on them, but she found it. I decided to take two and she carried the boxes to the register.

The checkout clerk was also kind and she had me rung up fast. I was starting to flag, and she must have also noticed. You should be proud to have two such younglings on staff. It's appreciated by this aging biddy. :)

My favorite shoe store. Find a clearance item and ask if they have your size. They'll order it for you, deliver it quickly and if it doesn't fit it's an easy return. This is an all around WIN for the staff, selection and prices. The staff has been very helpful and kind.

I love this store! They are always so polite and very professional. I also got an awesome deal on my most recent visit. The ladies there will take care of any issues or problems you have.

The shoes that I picked turned out to be damaged so the sales rep and manager checked online to verify the shoes were available and offered to order at a great discount. They arrived at my home yesterday, and unfortunately they were the wrong shoes and the wrong shoe size. I was so shocked and disappointed. The distribution center shipped me the wrong shoe, and they were the ugliest shoe like something for a nursing home patient. Something I would never wear. Not only did they ship the wrong shoe, they actually printed out the wrong UPC code and placed it on the shoe box. I took the shoe into the store and the mgr called the cust svc order line and there was no way to reorder and guarantee I would get the shoe I had ordered because there were several shoes with that code but about 500 shoes with no mages displayed online. So in my opinion this is a DSW corporate issue. My question to the Corp ofc why on earth would you allow something like this?
I would like to add the managers and the sales reps at this store are truly awesome and went a step beyond to assist me. Thank you Ladies!!! 😃

Had great experience here too, found a pair of kicks we liked. Got to the register, the clerk checked the contents of our shoes and noticed they were not the same size, she immediately went on the hunt to find the right size instead of sending us back ourselves or just asking us to come back tomorrow since they were closing. gReAT CS.

I was able to check out with out going to the register. Other customers were pretty rude. They didnt want to wait for my transaction to be complete to get assistance from the associate that was helping me with my check out. Nonetheless, she advised customers that she would be with them shortly Nd finished helping me. Great service.

I can always find whatever I need there and I almost walked out of the store with nothing and went back to the sale rack cuz I was looking for one pair of shoes for Easter Sunday I wanted something different and they had to be the kitten heels because I'm older and I just cannot wear my three and four inch tall heels anymore just can't do it so went back to the sale rack found the exact the like walk right up to the size that I wear walk right up to the parachutes they were unique they were kitten heels I was shocked and I got a great deal because they would already marked low and I got another 20% off plus then I found a really cute. Boots red they were fabric boots but they were awesome very unusual kitten heels didn't believe it.... And I've been looking at athletic shoes when I hadn't found a pair of church shoes kitten heels at first and so after picking up the other two pair went ahead and got the athletic shoes I wanted as well and got a discount $5 off or something plus everything was on sale because of the Easter weekend I'm sure I just always find more than one pair and just what I'm looking for just don't be in a hurry when you go into DSW so that you can take time to look around you'll find what you want

This past week, I was looking for a pair of hiking shoes. Katie and the manager Dwight took great care of me. They helped me resolve an issue I had with a past purchase and credited me for my troubles.

I left with two pair of hiking shoes that I purchased online, in-store. I look forward to receiving my shoes and updating my purchase review.

went in looking to buy a shoehorn. tho they had none for sale, an employee gave me one to keep from those used in the store. as I walked out, I found a few quality items at ridiculously low prices (both regular markdowns & clearance) that I ended up purchasing. 50% off a 4-pack of Lucky Brand boot socks & Perry Ellis newsboy cap, a pair of suede sheep's-lined Ellen DeGeneres casual slip-ons. the cashier honored my expired coupon for $20 off, bringing my total for all to $40. I love the variety of shoes they carry (tho I'd like to see more wide men's shoes & boots, for my husband) & their prices usually beat Amazon on quality brands (plus the satisfaction of knowing the goods aren't counterfeit, unlike on Amazon). carpet is clean.

This store always has a great selection of shoes for both men and women. The clearance section is always a favorite; the shoes may be last season, but the savings are fantastic! Rewards memberships and a DSW credit card offer great ways to shop for shoes, purses, and more just how you like. The employees are always friendly, and you're guaranteed to find something or some things that you like.

My wife loves this place! Need a men's lounge area! I can browse the men's shoes in 5 minutes. My wife needs more time and I need a TV and recliner. But seriously, I have found some nice shoes here at great prices.

I love love love this store and the location! The employees are always so nice, present and helpful. They make sure the shoes are organized and picked up and help find what you need. The coupons and clearance are always a bonus!
