I went in there to ship some documents to India. The people at the counter could not help me, but they put their manager Al on the phone who found the fastest way for documents to reach the destination. And they did, in 3 days! Prices are competitive too!

The owners of this wonderful village office supple shop are the best I have experienced! They are extremely helpful and ready to do whatever they can to make your day the best it can be. They are so courteous and attentive. There staff is the same way always nice, supportive and helpful! They are like having your own shipping and office supply company! Thank you for being here for me!!!

Carmel office supply has a level of customer service which went extinct with the dinosaurs. I had to use their services to deliver to the east coast. Unfortunately, the address I provided was incomplete. They personally called USPS and waited for over 30 mins to make the correction to my address.

Even with the edit, USPS did not deliver my package and returned the package to Carmel. I received a phone call on my cell detailing the issue and they reshipped my package ASAP.

Carmel office supply is an amazing shop. I wish more retailers were as honorable and thorough in their business dealings as these folks. 5+ stars.

Natalie and her team over at Carmel Business Supply are top notch and have so much fun stuff when I’m in need of some art or business supplies or just not sure what kind of fun gift I may need for a coworker, I stop in and am always picking up something.
