Great friendly service. They did a thorough and quick job. I highly recommend these guys. They came right to my house and did it. Such a relief. I didn't have to leave my disabled husband to go have it done.

Tracy was very professional and will be straightforward about the process and your options. He helped me with my 2020 GMC Sierra that had a Leaking rear window from the factory from GMC, the dealership butchered trying to seal it, over a year process of them giving me the run around sealing and caulking it, with no avail I finally gave Tracy a ring, he was quick and got me in within the week. Still have not rain tested yet but I have 100% that it will hold without a problem. I recommend him hands down.

The seal on the back side of my 2017 Nissan Rogue sunroof looked torn in two places and the sunroof did not want to close. Plus, I was two hours away from home not wanting to drive back in the rainstorms coming because of this… First, Mr. Sleeper was able to immediately schedule me for a service call. That was great considering that Ponca City, OK service is limited especially for what I needed. He was able to quickly remove my sunroof, diagnose, fix the problem (luckily an unseated seal), and then reinstall it all just as quickly. I’d recommend him for car sunroof/windows repair or replacement in the Ponca City area which is needed!!!!! He told me he had 25 years experience… and I could see it first hand while noting that he enjoyed giving above and beyond service which I appreciated.

Was looking for a windshield repair on my truck and with a quick google search, came across S&S AUTO… wasn’t sure how soon I would be able to get it fixed, but after talking with the owner Tracy Sleeper, he was more than accommodating even with already having other work orders ahead of me. He even came earlier than my requested time and was done in what felt like minutes.. Very polite and respectful, impeccable work, unfortunately I can’t post a pic but I am beyond satisfied with his work and will definitely use him in the future for other unfortunate auto glass needs. Would highly recommend him. Work was done 10/5/23.

We had a windshield replaced in our son's truck this week and could not be more satisfied. We ordered it on Wednesday and they were able to get the windshield in and replaced (in our driveway) by 8:30AM Thursday morning. Great customer service and extremely fair pricing. I highly recommend this company.

I had a chip and small crack coming from it. I just decided to drive by and caught them as they were heading to a job. Took the time to repair it on the spot! Very reasonable and knowledgeable!
