Radio Island Marina is a great place to store and get your boat serviced. The staff in the marina and boat sales & service are super friendly and do great work. They're even able to get more durable Grady White Switch style covers for you. I recommend them.

I just purchased a Grady White 251 Coastal Explorer from Radio Island Marina and highly recommend them. Neal Rowland was my salesman and he was an excellent representative of this company and Grady White; you should ask for him by name if interested in buying a boat here. He was extremely straightforward and honest every step of the way. Sue and Bill were a great help also. From the sea-trial, decisions on the boat purchase/options, negotiations, delivery and service after the sale,...everything has been great. They really went the extra mile to do it right and to build a long-term relationship/friendship with me as a customer. I don't give my highest recommendation easily and they earned it.

Excellent facility. They really take pride in their Marina! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Whenever I need parts, service or just advice about my Grady White this is where I go. Every time I have been there I see happy , smiling people having a good time and enjoying all the wonderful things coastal Carolina has to offer.

This is a very professional and thorough organization. They take a great deal of pride in their craft and the way the facility looks. The staff could not be more professional and helpful. From the owners of the Marina to the guys driving the forklifts and the staff behind the counter and in between. These folks communicate with you so that you know what is going on and what needs to be done. I would not leave my boat anywhere else or let anyone other than Jim and his Staff work on/service my boat. Best in class!!!

I've had my boat here for 3 years and can't imagine having it anywhere else. The staff is great from sales to service to putting it in and pulling it out of the water. We've never been let down or disappointed. Bill runs a great team all year long and the staff is very tenured. They know everyone's name, it's like family! If they have a spot open... get it quick because its the best staff and location in town.

I am absolutely blown away with the my service experience at Radio Island Marina. I do not own a Grady White however i do drool some every time i ride by one. I recently moved to Beaufort NC and i had to have some warranty work/troubleshooting done my boat which was purchased in a completely different state. When I picked my boat up from a different dealer about an hour away I noticed that my Trim and Tilt did not work anymore from the factory where it was sent. After asking around I decided to take my boat for the Yamaha work at this marina. And I am so glad i did! these guys put me on the top of the list. Turns out the tilt trim issue was a small one but found right away and corrected. There was some warranty work that was required as well and that was completed even though there were some Yamaha Registration issues from the dealer i purchased it from. These guys will be doing the work from now on as long as live here in Beaufort. Which is hopefully for good.

Another Note : the service area is spotless and the service manager and techs are super friendly and explain everything well. One of my best experiences getting something fixed. They definitely set the standard of what to expect. I thought their prices were reasonable and they were the first Yamaha Tech that actually looked my motor up for any recall stuff.

I love having my boat at Radio Island Marina. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It’s a convenient location to the places where we enjoy boating. I find docking easier because the prevailing wind is blocked by land structures and there’s not a flowing current to overcome.

Clean facilities. Nice floating docks, conveniently located access to the inlet and the ICW. Locally owned, with a professional and courteous staff. Full service Yamaha and Garmin techs available as well. Very satisfied customer 👍

We bought are 1st Grady White from Bill Fluty that was an excellent experience and Jim Sproul has always been great to handle all service needs. We have stored are boat with Radio Island for 5 years and have been very pleased with the way they treat are boat and us. Bill Newbern has a top-notch Team. Just thinking about you & praying for you all due to Hurricane Florence .

the marina grounds are well kept, clean and functional. The administration staff is pleasant and dock personnel is helpful.

I used to there all the time with my friends and my son best times I lived 20 minutes away from there sure do miss it its beautiful
