After Driving to Arizona I came across a car that seemed very interested to have.
After researching a little more I saw wonderful reviews about this place and the employees.

So I give it a shot. I first contacted Alex, and immediately I felt like I knew him already. Very polite guy and very professional.
Easygoing and more importantly he was very ethical about honoring his words.

I love that on people.
I drove from SD to his shop and again I got a confirmation Alex was very nice, friendly, polite and he honored his words.

It was a great experience buying a car here. First of all, there is an interesting inventory of cars, which are well maintained and everything matches the description/photos posted online. Everyone is friendly and attentive, but unlike with most dealers, nobody is pushy, nobody forces the client to make a decision immediately, which I appreciate. Andrei and the folks at Prestige Auto Brokers have a great business model. NO bogus non-negotiable add-ons like all the competition has. You won't find these guys adding "paint protect", window etching, theft recovery device, 3M interior protection, or lifetime nitrogen-filled tires. Thank goodness.

Tucked away from the busy streets, nestled behind a secure wall and security gate, sits this hidden gem of a dealership. The vehicles were clean and well-presented. They had all 5 types of used vehicles I happened to be cross-shopping, so they clearly have a good sense about the market. Andrei answered a chat inquiry via their website after hours even though I was just expecting to get a next day reply. We settled on a next morning appointment for 10am. I arrived at 10:01, and Andrei already had the vehicle I was primarily interested in pulled in front of the office and ready for presentation. Their prices are appropriate and fit within actual dynamic market values. Very little, if any, haggling or negotiating is needed because the vehicles are priced right and the buyer doesn't have to spend an entire day negotiating away thousands of dollars of unnecessary or unwanted fake add-ons. Their appointment-only system is fantastic because we weren't interrupted constantly by dozens of people wandering around from a service department or tire-kickers with nothing better to do. Andrei was very patient and professional with me as I thoroughly inspected and drove each vehicle. He was incredibly knowledgeable about each vehicle on the lot as well as the auto industry in general. There were no high-pressure sales tactics used at any time. He stood respectfully nearby to answer any questions, but let me take my time with each vehicle.

Once I finished going through all the other vehicles I was cross-shopping, I selected the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and we entered their spotless office space to finalize the paperwork. I was offered water, as we had been outside in the sun for a couple hours. They had candies available in a dish and some quiet music playing in the background. The deal literally took only a few minutes. Andrei worked quickly to prepare paperwork while I got a quick telephone insurance quote from my broker. We finished all the necessary paperwork in about 10-15 minutes and not one time did Andrei try to push some aftermarket gizmo, or extended warranty, or wheel & tire coverage, or the like. I'm sure all those products would be available if you want them, but he didn't try to use scare tactics to influence me to get them. It was easily one of the best car deal experiences I've been involved in (and I've owned 24 cars in my lifetime).

I would recommend Andrei and his team to friends and family and appreciate the way they do business. It's good to know that old-fashioned dealerships still exist. Keep up the good work, guys and I'll probably see you a few years down the road when I'm in the market again.

I hate dealers. I usually dread the car buying experience, but I needed a new truck. I got contacted back by Val when I inquired on a Black Chevy Colorado.

There was no pressure on the sale. I liked the appointment only set up. It kept things a lot quieter. Overall, I had a very good experience buying from them. They show you everything you will pay with financing, and all that. Incredibly transparent. I really appreciated that.

If I am ever in the market for a new car, this is the place I will come to first.

We were looking to pay cash for a used vehicle. Found one we liked at Prestige through the Carfax website. So we reached out.

Throughout the simple process there was no pressure, no effort to sell us anything besides the car we wanted, no bait and switch, no warranty plans pushed, let us take the car to a mechanic for a diagnosis, low fixed documentation rate compared to others, no charges for stuff we never asked for, quoted a final price before we even went to see them, and they stuck to it.

They won't dicker on the final price. But that is small potatoes considering how well the rest of the experience went. Not a showroom experience. They work on appointment. Check their inventory, and tell them which vehicle you want to see. Go see the car you asked about if it's still available.

I have historically avoided using dealers to buy our family's used cars, and it always boiled down to distrust. The industry is rife with misleading adds and sketchy practices. We were looking for a nice 4th Gen Subaru Outback and found there was not much selection out there from private parties within our budget. I found Prestige Auto through an Edmunds used car search and found Alex to be extremely informative and helpful. I would not only recommend Prestige to my closest friends, but I would readily buy another car from Alex for a multitude of reasons:

#1 - When I called to inquire, Alex knew exactly the car I was interested in (2012 Outback Limited) and the history of it. He said it had higher miles (137k) than he usually brings in, but the cosmetic condition and the Carfax maintenance was stellar and that gave him confidence to place it on his lot for his customers. I appreciate that level of discernment.

#2 - His listed price was "Good" on Edmunds market value scale being $1.5 to 2k below average for that VIN and miles at a dealer. He posts his price without inflated margin to avoid the haggling and uncertainty, making it simpler for the customer.

#3 - Upon visiting his lot, it was clear that he and his colleagues take great pride in their property and vehicles for sale. Everything was clean, organized, and of high quality.

#4 - My confidence continued to rise as I test drove the Outback and asked lots of questions - which he transparently answered. It was a 12 year old vehicle, and I didn't expect perfection - nor did he promise that. However, the condition of this car was dang near close.

#5 - This is a small thing, but a BIG one for me - he had 2 OEM keys and extra FOBs for the Outback! That NEVER happens, not even from private parties! :)

We purchased the car and have driven it for over a week now and are thrilled with the decision! We took it to our local mechanic in Chandler and all they recommended were the front brakes. They even commented on how clean and well maintained it was for a used car purchase with 137k miles on it.

I’ve bought many used vehicles from dealers and it’s always the same run around games that salesmen play. This time was completely different. Alex showed me everything he was doing as he did it, on the computer. There were no gimmicks and no hidden fees. Alex was incredibly straightforward, professional and genuinely friendly. His integrity speaks volumes about him and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another vehicle from Alex. I traveled 2 hours to look at a vehicle at Prestige Auto Brokers and ended up buying it the same day as well as trading in my current car (I was also very pleased with the trade amount I received) and during the time I spent with Alex he never once was pushing me into buying the car or buying any extras. My husband and I have been buying used cars and trucks for a few decades for our ranch. We have seen it all. I have to tell you this was by far the best auto buying experience we have had. Price was fair, no haggling. They don't try to upsell you on everything but the kitchen sink. They work to get the best possible financing deal and show you all the options so YOU can decide. They will work with your credit union. Super friendly, not pushy. Andrei was the opposite of the slimy used car salesman. He was friendly, not pushy at all, just super helpful and professional. We were in and out in about an hour. We went to grab something to eat and he called us when the bank finally responded with the approval so we could come back to sign and we left shortly thereafter with our new Truck. When we need another truck/car in the future, they will be the first and hopefully only call we make. I cannot say enough about them. I hope people take this review to heart and go see Andrei.
