I would definitely recommend them! My refrigerator stopped working I called them at 10am to see if I could get an appointment. The wonderful woman on the other end of the phone told me she would call me right back. She wanted to see if she could get him out for me today. She did call me back within five minutes and told me he could come out today but it would be this afternoon because he was on a call right now, if that was ok. To me that was fantastic! Mr. Williams got to my home at 1:15 pm, and my refrigerator was running at 1:30pm. His price was far better than I expected for an in home service. Please do yourself a favor and call them first. I know I will be the next time I have an appliance problem. Thank You!!!

Called A Able Appliance Repair and carl came the very same day. He was very polite and professional. He had my dryer working and put back in place within 30 min. He was very clean and his prices were very very reasonable! Would recommended him to anyone he definitely has a lifelong customer.

I called Carl about a problem that I was having with dryer. He asked me what it was doing and after I explained the problem to me he told me that he would be over and take a look at it. He arrived at my house when he said he would and after running a diagnostic test on it he replaced the part that day and problem solved. This man I found to be very trustworthy, proffessional, and dependable. He was also very reasonable on his rates. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a dependable Service Technician to service their appliances. I believe that you will find him to be the man that you want working on your appliances. Way to go Carl.

Carl came on time just a few hours after we called about our refrigerator that had stopped cooling the day before. He replaced a relay that he had on hand and that corrected the problem. He was polite and explained what he was doing. He also answered other questions we had about other household appliances. It was good to use a local family business.

Carl came to our house for a refrigerator that was having an issue. He explained what the issue was and how he needed to fix it. He came back first thing this morning and repaired it. He is very kind and I would highly recommend him.

Amazing service! Mr. Williams came to fix the ice maker on my Samsung French Door refrigerator. Came the day I called. He thought the ice maker was bad and replaced it but as the evening went on I noticed the same issue with the new one that I’d had with the old one. I called him back and he came first thing the next morning. He researched possible other issues and found it was the fan and not the ice maker. Came back on day 3 and switched back to my old ice maker, replaced the fan and now it is working perfectly. He promised not to give up on finding a solution and he did. He did not charge for the two other service calls and he made our monetary transaction even although I should have owed him a “few more dollars” for the different part. He is a very kind and honest gentleman. You cannot go wrong with him. He will provide excellent service and won’t give up. I highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Mr. Williams!
Update 7 mo the later- ice maker doing the same thing and freezing over and not making ice. Called Mr. Williams and he told me that my Samsung Refrigerator was a terrible brand and many people have issues. He told me to unplug the unit for 12 hours and when thawed plug it back in. No offer to come look at it or offer service. How is that supposed to help me? Very disappointed with someone I thought would have offered help. He was great the first time but has let me down and now I would not recommend him. He won’t stand by his previous work in my opinion.
