Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Even when there is an issue, they help take care of it as best they can. Haven’t had a problem in years. I love that I can trust this post office and that the one gentleman knows and asks about my entire family and how they are doing. Always has a smile and a great demeanor You don’t find service quite like that anymore. He’s one of a kind!

I haven’t been receiving mail at my new address and sue called me back within an hour of me leaving probably more than one frantic message. It was awesome to get a real person calling back to help that quick. Five stars

The postmaster Rudy is very inconsiderate. He has no customer service skills and makes up rules for “his” post office. The front desk people are very nice but they have to follow Rudy - aka Dictator of the post office rules. Unfortunately I have to deal this guy. I run a business - I’m not going anywhere. One would think he would be nice to his customers that come in on the daily. Especially when my needs do not require any time or brain power. Rudy is in the wrong job.

Found my daughter’s university diploma on the grass, soaking wet. Was there since Saturday (today’s Monday). Picked up my Mail Saturday evening, didn’t look around the bushes for additional mail. Who would. Found it today and went to the Post Office to ask why wasn’t the envelope left by the door. Instead of an explanation, I was thrown a printed paper at me and yelled at (really!) by a man named Joey (supervisor) that he’s NOT going to help me.
After that very nice lady showed up hearing him yell and politely apologize.
Unfortunately, the diploma is ruined and someone is going to have to pay for a new one. I am also going to complain to USPS Inspector General.

Big teller with glasses is rude, unprofessional and confrontational, management is a joke too. Customer service at this location is slow and socializes with customers too much constantly striking up personal off topic conversations while there's a litteral line out the door. Location needs to worry about being efficient and doing their job and not misplacing parcels, damaging them by folding packages and smashing them into PO boxes and repeatedly ignoring customer feedback instead of trying to be chummy with everyone. Management treats you as the enemy if you mention anything because they're so nice and polite and couldn't possibly do anything wrong, disgusting.
