Alpine South Apartments

I have lived here since January 2019, and I am very happy. I think the rental price is fair, the management company is respectful and quick to respond to concerns, and I like my apartment very much. I have already told several friends about renting at Alpine South.

Had some staff issues but seem to have stepped up their game

Price is significantly higher than advertised. Dumpy apartments, terrible management and a slumlord building manager. Entire building stinks of weed and building managers do nothing about it...Do not rent here if you value your money and/or safety.

Terrible place to live smells musty nasty when it doesn't smell like weed residents always smoking sitting blocking the entrance people's belongings lays along the building cats are everywhere even in the halls everyone is very nosey an complain about anything this place is nothing but a joke save yourself the stress an rent else where
