Very nice staff, answered all my questions and we're very kind..

The fact that the rent is cheap is the only redeeming quality. When we moved in it was dirty. They are usually late to fix anything. They are currently 35 minutes late to do a walk-through with me. If I could give half a star I would.

How can anyone investigate if they want to rent if no one ever answers your messages and the website doesn't lead anywhere?

Avoid this company at all costs. I had the unfortunate pleasure of living in one of these rental units for 2 years. Nothing gets fixed, for instance my kitchen light was broke and it took them 9 months to fix it. My AC unit was installed improperly and fell out of it's window sleeve back in October and they would not seal it up because they say it's not their responsibility so I literally have had to stuff it shut with my own blankets as best I could and even though a police officer and government section 8 say it's a clear violation of my rights there are no lawyers who do tenant law because as I was told no money to be made so they literally get away with anything and everything because who can stop them. Imagine how great my heating bill was for winter when I have a 27 by 24 in hole in my wall straight through to the outside. Management will hang up on you and do absolutely nothing. I have lived in apartments all over from small towns to the twin cities and I have never seen a company as horrible as Croix management. As a tenant to them you have no rights and all they care about is getting the rent check. The entire staff at Croix management needs to be fired and replaced by an actual rental company that knows what they are doing and understand that tenants have rights. Again avoid this place at all costs

One of the worse places to live. Our apartment flooded more than 3 times.. only thing they did was shampoo because “that’s all it needed” carpets & base boards were wreaked. Dryers never worked and washer spelt disgusting. The “security” door either never locked or wouldn’t open. Would have to go in & out OUR WINDOW. I was pregnant and got a doctors note to break my lease a month before it was over because OF THE MOLD and was getting sick. I even paid last months rent before moving in and they want to OVERCHARGE me and say I owe them all this money when I have each money order & proof of everything. If you want to live around crackheads that beat up grills outside, people cracked out outside & hallways, poor management, ACs falling out of windows, fighting, appliances that don’t work & won’t EVER get fixed, and disgusting apartments that are falling apart then go ahead and sign your lease. Place is a joke.

My daughter, fiancé, and I have gone 3 months without a dryer because maintenance will not come and do their job. We have gone 6 month with a broken toilet in our spare bathroom
(Not a huge deal) but the fact that no one has been here to fix it it frustrating. And We have gone 2 months without a oven. This place is a sh*t hole and no one fixes anything. They are lucky they haven’t had a lawsuit on their hands YET. I highly recommend not renting from this company.

The past 9 months I’ve dealt with out a ac. The toilet was messed up for months befor they did anything. On top of all that they have sent me a letter telling me I owe over 2500 in rent to pay. Don’t rent from them. They are the worse people to rent from. Hope they aren’t doing this to all the elderly people that love there!!!

By far the worst apartment management I have ever encountered in my life. They do not care about their clients a single bit. There is black mold infesting the walls, rodents are seen frequently, and the base structure of the apartments are falling apart.
On top of that in client to client relations issues, they take the easy way out and have zero regards for truly solving issues. Steer clear, this is prime slime lord material.

The manager in my building has anger management issues and is verbally abusive towards the elderly. Trying to get business done with Croix management itself is like pulling teeth, no one there has any clue who has what info and where, just transferred back and forth... or told you will get a call back, and then you never get a call. Worthless company! Not a good place to live!!!

Moved in October of last year, 2019, out basement floods, leaks, and has rotting drywall and rotting and molding baseboards, been asking for this to be fixed and nothing has been done almost a year so far. I do not recommend this place if your looking for a place to rent, they do not care about there tenants. Bunch of slum lords.

Absolute criminals. They do no maintenance. Currently have several units with below grade heat ducts that are rotted away allowing piles of silica sand to blow into the rental units. Refuse to fix it. Also exterior doors do not shut properly leaving tenants unable to leave their houses.

Horrible! Absolutely no maintanance was taken care of. The carpets were aweful. No returned phone calls to tenant. The onsite caretaker never cleans, hard to get ahold of, no needs are met in a timely fashion, mostly never!!

How the city allows such slum lords in our town is beyond me. I can’t believe I have to pay rent for such a s—hole. Maintenance is non existent other than an attitude. Heat doesn’t work in half the rooms, nearly every window cracked, several instances of flooding, etc.

Paint job is horrible and all over the trim and in sinks, paint bubbling in bathroom from humidity, toilet molds constantly no matter how often it's cleaned, refrigerator falling apart and rusty, air conditioner dosent cool lets in tons of bugs and cold air in winter and hot humid in summer, they did not fix nail holes in the walls, can't shut and lock door in winter, floor in the kitchen has huge scratches all over, deck is rotting and chipping away, sliding door freezes and makes ice inside the apartment, Windows trim are molded and let in drafts, screen by front door ripped so somone was able to get inside from the window of its not locked, mail box leaks and gets water all over our mail.

It's hard to believe the complete lack of maintenance and professionalism. Broken windows, backed up drains, siding falling of house, etc. Multiple calls to caretaker with no reply.

Same thing going on here what people say the only reason I’m still here is because the tenant are caring and they help and look out for others the tenants that live here do everything the company is worthless and don’t care about anyone the only thing they care is money

Caretaker is drugs and mooch. Be careful!

These people are a joke!!!! They hire caretakers that should be in a day care center
