Arbor Ridge Luxury Apartments

We just moved out after living here for 2 years and it was the perfect first home for us! We loved the location, our neighbors, staff and our dog loved the dog park! Maintenance was so quick at getting things fixed. It is very reasonably priced and we are so grateful for our time spent at Arbor Ridge!!

I’ve lived here for about 2 months now and I love it! The staff has all been kind and prompt with their replies, the buildings hallways and common areas are always clean and smell nice. When I moved in there was a welcome gift for me and for my dog! I love the amenities here and feel really safe living here.

My wife and I are moving from California so we have not been to the site. I first made contact in February and all the contacts has been amazing. I am disabled and use a wheelchair and staff has made adjustments to make our new home accessible for me. I have not had to call for updates and information I need. Jaime, Darlene and Jean have contacted me to keep me up to date. My wife and I are looking forward to our new home. I highly recommend Summit/Arbor Ridge for their outstanding customer service.

I am super excited to move in when the building is completed in Sept. From the first day meeting with Darlene seeing the floor plans, to signing my lease, to being able to go in and look at the progress, Jean, everyone has been very accommodating and wonderful!! Bonus.. laundry in my apartment and being able to bring my pup with... I know I will love living there.

I haven't lived here myself, but one day I hope to get an apartment here. Right now they seem to be full, and in high demand, but for good reason. The standards of living is much higher here, at an affordable price. Everything is modern. I wish other places would follow after Arbor Ridge, but as of now I will be waiting until there is an opening. I hope to live here very soon!

I love living here! I've been so impressed by all of the amenities such as the gym, grills and massage chair! The staff is very friendly and helpful, this is by far the best place I've lived and I only have great things to say, thank you Arbor Ridge for giving me such an awesome home to live in!

The application and lease signing process was very easy and straightforward. All of my questions were answered within 24 hours. Constructions looks to be moving along, and the property looks very nice. I look forward to moving in when the property opens!

Affordable place and exactly what I was looking for! Everyone seemed friendly and the property manger was helpful and answered all my questions! The application process was an easy breeze! I look forward to calling this my home in the Fall!

Management is great and very professional. I've had a handful of questions that they have answered in a timely fashion. Take a tour of the facility it is great!

My boyfriend loves his unit and the staff are so attentive, the amenities included are like no other for the price!

Great customer service. However, was dissappointed when we were told we'd have a dishwasher in the unit and 1 month and a half later said we would not feel kinda cheated.

Lived here a bit shy of 3 years. Moved in the year the building was finished, moved out when we purchased a house. Not the best place I've lived, not the worst place I've lived.

Nice enough communal facilities, nice enough apartments for the price, nice area. Pretty cheap kits were used for the apartments themselves (cabinetry, moldings, windows, electrical, appliances, carpet, etc). Particularly for the electrical, the way the circuits were wired doesn't make much sense in the 21st century where everyone has an excess of TVs, video game consoles, and desktop computers. We found ourselves frequently tripping the breakers using the shared "living room area" and the 2nd bedroom simultaneously. YMMV.

Internet is great -- love Midco and having CAT5 jacks in every room is very convenient if you're juggling multiple devices. Our hot water was always thoroughly hot when we needed it to be. We did experience occasional brownouts.

Summit has had a heck of a time keeping staff around for Arbor Ridge and Timber Ridge. I can't say we ever had a bad manager (Gene and Lori were particularly awesome), they just didn't stick around for very long. I believe we had a total of 5 different managers in our 2-3 years, not counting the 6th we are now working with as we attempt to get our security deposit check.

We went over a month without a dish washer while existing Arbor Ridge management had their hands tied attempting to work with Summit's preferred appliance vendor -- the vendor was very flaky and unresponsive.

The move out experience was pretty painless, aside from a screw up during management change when our forwarding address was lost.

I don’t even know how you can call this luxury.. some fake luxury if I’ve ever seen luxury 🤣 2/10 definitely don’t recommend. The only thing this place has going for itself is the free WIFI.

My boyfriend and I we made an appointment for today at 11 am a week or 10 days ago. When we called they said that we can move in by September 1st. We were so excited to came to see the place. I called at least it 3-5 times to confirm the appointment but no one pick up my phone called. So because I made an appointment and really excited to come to see the place and would love to move in to live there so I left my work to come over to be on time for my appointment but than at the last minute 3 mins away from my appointment that lady called me back on my cellphone and said she don’t made any appointment for us. She was so rude and mean on the phone. Gave me attitude and yelled at me and be mean. I still drove by the place. I saw a man who is walking and I stopped and asked him where is the office for the building he show me and said I can take over his place cuz he and his wife moving out I can sublease it. They tried to asked the manager to sublease and she ok but when I called she said nothing is available until March or April of next year. But when the othe resident called they said the first open will be in September . I Would love to sublease it for that couple or move in by September like what she told her resident and told us from the vegan when we made an appointment with her.
I heard that the manager Is leaving that is why she don’t care. I hope in the future when I call I don’t have to deal with her like how she treated me this morning. Total not happy of the way she talked and treat the customers like that.

Btw I love the building so new and clean. Would love to move in and live there.
