Yesterday, I went to go visit Carolina Wigs . Locals usually called it’s “ Lee “ . But anyways… I used to go here when I was younger with my mom and The owner was very nice and pleasant and even gave me things for free for example a comb . For some reason when I visit that day his vibe was totally different. Yes he did greet us as we walked in we started looking at wigs . He asked did we need help with hair . We said “ No , we’re looking for nails “ . Us thinking he was gonna ATLEAST show us where the nails are located he continued his conversation on the phone as we waited for a response he said “ I’m done talking I’m back to my phone conversation “ . So we search for the nails , until we just straight out asked . “ Where is the nails located “ , he tells us he doesn’t sell nails . So then we also needed a wig cap . Because we purchased a wig at the other hair store in our town or what not . He told us he didn’t carry them either . I feel like he had no interest in helping us . We was the only ones in the whole store . At that he watched us the whole time as if he thought we was trying to steal something out his store . I was very uncomfortable in this Hair store and would recommend it to my worst enemy . Do better .

Went in to enquire about wigs and hair products. It was almost spooky, NO ONE to wait on me or help me, I saw no one till I was at the back of the store and suddenly a voice from behind the counter said hello. I asked a question about a wig and the man who did not seem to speak English well answered "No, we don't have." I asked about a hair product. Again "No we don't have." Ended up leaving, wondering why they had a wig & hair products shop if they are not willing to explore options with a customer. Wondered how they stay in business?
