Michael came out and appraised my residential home. He was thorough, honest and professional. He answered all my questions and made the process so smooth.

Mike was able to schedule the appraisal for just a few days after our phone call. He showed up on time, answered my questions, and finished the appraisal quickly and accurately.

Hardworking and professional.

I did not choose this appraisal company. Advisory Appraisals was selected by my mortgage company. Mike from Advisory Appraisals left me a message on a Sunday regarding setting up a time to assess the property. I returned his call that day and spoke with him. I told him I was available to meet him at the property the next day or the following day (Monday or Tuesday). He stated that he was not available. We proceeded to set up a meeting at the property the for following Monday.

I was at the property on the agreed upon date and time but Mike never showed up and did not answer my call or return my voicemail.

I contacted the mortgage company after waiting for 1 hour. They did some research and stated that Mike told them that he had not spoken with me or set up an appointment to assess the property. THIS IS NOT TRUE. HE LIED.

He actually went to the property the day after we spoke and did an exterior only assessment. Coincidentally this is the same day that I initially said I was available and he said he was not.

I would never recommend using this company!!!
