This lumber yard has been our small town source of building materials for decades. They have a huge selection, and every one of the staff is extremely knowledgeable and great to work with. We ordered two new entry doors for our house, and one of them came with no glass in it. We are on week 6 of waiting for a new door to be delivered and installed. With temperatures now being in the 30's for a high, having a door with no glass will make it very difficult keeping out the cold air. When I contact the company to ask for updates, they are very vague and they do not return phone calls as requested.

Closed. The hours posted on the door said they should be open on Saturday morning. We called earlier in the week and asked if they were open on Saturday and they said they were. I will take my business elsewhere now.
