My last experience a year ago wasn’t optimal, staff was very pushy. Came in today to stock up on some essentials. This time, Keon and the other gentleman working the register really hooked me up and weren’t pushy at all. Helped me save significantly and get everything I needed plus a free bonus item. A+

Good place to get my Ghost fix. Guys recommended I get a tub of Gamer since I liked the cans so much, great pricing for what you get.

I went in looking for one item imparticular.
I was pleasantly greeted, the guy knew exactly what I was looking for, he helped me locate it, & got me a bottle of water from the cooler for my purchase.

GNC has a new product is called slim shakes to lose your weight and has a whole collection of it so go check that out they got some other products like I won't call tufflex for your feet and they got a team flags for your legs so go check them out for g & c sports and health recovery

Gentleman working very helpful. Store prices fairly expensive. I was able to but reduced price protein bars, and that's about it. Many stores of this GNC are closed around me, unless in this Mall location.

honestly, the staff is very pushy. i’m sure it’s a corporate/management thing, not the individuals, but I’m really unhappy with my experience here. They’re definitely helpful in finding supplements and getting you what you need, but i had basically no choice but to get the $40 membership that i didn’t want because the staff just pushed it on me. $40 broker and definitely getting my supplements elsewhere until management lays off on this membership thing

Went in to buy protein powder and creatine and asked for one flavor recommendation just because I wanted to try something else. The cashier was very rude telling me only to buy the GNC brand powder and would make snarly remarks any time I looked at another brand. Then I decided I’ll buy one tub of their powder and 1 tub of creatine and the cashier is repeatedly telling me that I’m going to be wasting my money and that I will “stay small” if I only buy one. I wanted to check out but he kept insisting that I buy their buy one get one half off deal, even though I only could afford one at the moment. He also claimed to be a nutritionist and said I need 300g of protein, even though I am just 175 pounds. I am quite knowledgeable about exercise science and have a degree to back it up, but this kind of uneducated advice could harm people who do not know as much. This cashier was so rude that I ended up not buying anything and he repeatedly says “stay small” as I walk out the store. I have been to many GNC stores and had great help and experience from them, but this one at capital city mall around lunch time is definitely one I will never shop at again.
