I usually avoid USPS offices at all cost because the infrastructure is just barely hanging by a thread, and this office is no exception. It is old and run-down, but the customer service was excellent, making the most of what they had. The gentleman at the front desk was very knowledgeable, quick, courteous, and ultimately helped me through a mix-up without any sass.

Had a great service with our sons passport appt. Chris did an amazing job and great customer service.

This post office is quick and totally stocked with all needed particulars to be a full service post office

Every time you come into the post office you are warmly greeted. It is the most heartwarming, genuinely friendly people. They don’t have bad attitudes like Personel from other post offices I’ve been in. They are simply amazing human beings. Thank you for your hard work and patience.

I had some technical issues with the Self Service machine not printing my tracking postages and walked over to the desk. Brandon greeted me with open arms and solved the problem. He truly was an amazing help!

Every single time that I come here, I receive an EXCELLENT treatment. Even when a lot of people gave a bad review, we have to understand that these employees work more than an Average Postal Employee in the USA. Saturdays they work Extra hours and with more hours that the National USPS office. People have to realize that Thanks to their hard work, our mail arrive on time

I thought this post office was actually located in space. 😂😉 There customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD !!! The entire team at the Indian Trail ,NC location are always super helpful , friendly and go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you Chris , Brandon , Tim , Matt and Our brand new Post Master for everything you do.

Have used this post office for many years, and have never had any problems with my mail or packages being delivered. They probably are understaffed at times, because i see long lines in there somewhat frequently.

However, I've witnessed on several occasions, and again recently, that people go in there absolutely clueless about how to mail a package, and ignorant of how much it actually costs to mail one. Instead of being grateful for assistance, they rather complain, ask stupid questions, and slow down the process for everybody else.

At the end of the day people, these guys don't write the procedures, and they don't control the costs of USPS services.

Considering what these guys deal with day in and day out, they are very good at what they do.

Hate the usps in Matthews even though its like 3 min from my house, Id much rather drive 10-15 min to this one. TIM IS SO NICE AND FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND PATIENCE WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Shout out to Brandon, Mike, and Tim. There was a very long line- tis' the season - and they were super nice and got people through the line quickly and were very nice and polite to everyone. Thanks for all you do!

The staff here is so polite and excellent customer service. However we all know USPS is a mess, so they can only do so little.

I have been using this post office for two years now and I will say this has to be one of the best locations and staff I've ever met. I have never had one issue and I ship tons of parcels daily.

Not sure the name of the guy that helped me today 04/13/21 9.30 am, was amazing, very first time going to the post office was less frustrating cause he guided me through the whole process... game me better options to save on my package...was a good experience, place was clean and very welcomy...

Always go after 10pm to use the stamp kiosk machine. There's never anyone there. Quick an easy!!

They were fast on service and getting extra help when the line got a bit longer.
