As an 80's baby, I have to admit. I have been to a lot of locations for this store but I also have to admit that the Waveland location has to be my favorite. Awesome customer service, clean and friendly atmosphere. 5 stars all the way around!❤💯‼😎🤙

Sofia was AWESOME! She could sell me anything with her great customer service experience. She was so helpful and was very impressive to my grandson.

Great place. They are so helpful and professionals. They helped me get my granddaughter controller for her Nintendo switch. Hers broke and they exchanged it without no questions. I have it a 5 star.

Best store I have been in in a long time . Everytime we go I feel welcome .. i go with my son and it is a breath of fresh air to see a great place like this

Very professional and polite workers at this location. Some of them have been there for quite a while so they know their regular clientele which would be my son who does not drive yet so I am usually with him as well. It is one of the smaller stores but my son says they still have a good stock of merch. The workers are patient and for years now have answered many many of my MANY questions about the appropriateness of certain games for my son at certain ages throughout his life.

Received and online order from this store! Fast delivery! The clerk is quite an artist as well! I wonder if they can draw Smithers too?

This is one of the smallest Gamestop locations I have ever been to; but that does not stop them from having just as much inventory as the larger stores. The employees are super helpful and very nice. There is one girl in particular, she wears glasses, that works there and she is my favorite employee! This is my Gamestop of choice in the area. They make you feel like family.

The staff there is amazing. Zack the manager is awesome and the gentleman that helped my brother was so knowledgeable! Highly recommended

Store is great and the people there are very knowledgeable on the games and play systems! Bought a Xbox 360 it wasn't advertised anywhere but a lady said we have a few in stock. Maybe I'll upgrade next year!

Ethan is amazing always willing to help and if they dont have it he can order it.

Staff was super knowledgeable about everything in the store and helped me save money by offering certified used products and getting me registered for rewards program. One product was not working properly but returned and replaced with no hassle

I can't remember the guys name but he was awesome and the best salesman I've ever come across.....it was almost closing time he was awesome....

I love gaming so this is where I go! Staff always knows new games coming out and are always knowledgeable about games when I ask.

Great selection of games have everything you could want and will allow you to pre-order any game for any system even have pre-owned refurbished and new systems at different prices and trade ins are welcome with games and reward cards and points for great deals

Place is very clean and the staff is always very nice and knowledgeable.
