Found this place by happy accident traveling through the area. Reserved a fresh turkey for Thanksgiving that was processed and picked up the Tuesday before the holiday (about as fresh as you can get).

We brinned and deep fried the turkey and it got rave reviews. One of the best tasting turkeys that I have ever had.
