Prestige Uniforms

I went to this store to purchase my daughter’s school uniforms today. I had a very pleasant experience. I saw the reviews prior to going however I went because this was the closest place to me where I could get her uniforms. I had no problem and the owner was very helpful to me. I think people get upset when they go at the last minute and run into issues. My advice is to not wait until right before school starts to get your uniforms. Everyone else is there too and you might not get the service you want. I definitely recommend this store.

The best place to purchase school uniform they have an abundance of merchandise and sizes to choose from many of the DeKalb County Schools and others and very professional love it

Just went here Saturday looking for uniforms for work and the man that worked there was very helpful, he got up as soon as I came in and assisted me with what I was looking for. I will be coming back for my sons school uniforms!

The owner is very helpful and the prices are very reasonable

They were out of one item greatly needed but that's my fault for procrastinating! LOL

They always have everything we need for school.

It's convenient but some of their clothes are malfunctioned..please try on b4 buying and if you don't have cash you have to use zelle an you can use your credit card but they charge 3.99 extra

Uniform shirt have he's in them

Awful service. My daughter and I came and placed an order for a blazer and they said they would call us in about 7-10 business days, but 3 weeks passed by and we did not revive a call. I then went up to the store to see about my order and the owner was all over the place. He had multiple employees, but he wanted to be the only one to do everything, even though he had about 20 people waiting to be serviced. It was very unorganized and many people had placed orders long time ago, and the owner claimed he “forgot” to order things. 0/10

This gentleman that run this place have no management skills and rude to customers I paid full price for my child's shirt. When I got home, there was a hole in it. I brought it back the next week. He claims hes not returning in it or changing nothing out because he don't sell defective stuff. And my kids probably the one that put the hole in it. Which is not true? I had this shirt in my possession in the whole time.

I wish I can give 0 star. The most disgusting customer service I have never experienced. I feel like they don't want to work. They were 3 people inside the store with 3 customers, in very hot day they kept people outside. I will never spend a cent with this disgraceful store.

No Stars is deserved, the owner is ignorant, unprofessional, speaks to his customers anyhow, he is just rude, no one should shop here, he changed his business name from WaltCO to Prestige because he did not want anyone knowing it was him, but he did not change at all, no one should be spoken to like he wants to speak with people. Unorganized, very slow. We ordered Nov.16, 2022. Today is Jan. 03, 2023 & still no order. It was a simple school logo on 2 white shirts for my son. Waste of time & money.

This company is Very unprofessional. I went in week after week trying to get things done and it was always an issue on their end. The lady kept telling me they have to get someone else’s order out when I finally had to tell her I’m a paying customer too. She sent her husband out to tell me they would send my logo back and not refund me since they can’t seem to please me. No solution offered
I wasted almost 4 week and have gotten nothing done
