Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Had the spinach, feta & pesto wrap. I enjoyed it. Music a bit loud though food was good.

Always had a good experience here. Only issue I had was through their app ordering delivery goes to Door Dash and the driver didn’t bring half of my order, but the employee at Tropical Smoothie made it right. Now I order for pick up only. They’re always fast and friendly.

I’m so glad this cafe opened near me! My go-to is the pb/banana/granola flatbread and it is SO good. I’ve enjoyed trying different smoothies as well because they’re all SO good.
I also wanted to say that I am impressed with the staff at this store. I have a multi-purpose service dog and normally I do not need to take her in with me for short trips like when I’m picking up a mobile order. However, I just haven’t been feeling great today and decided to have her run in with me to grab my order. She was not vested because I didn’t really want to fool with that for such a short trip.
Upon entering, one employee who was near the front welcomed us in and asked if she was a service animal. I explained that yes she was, and that her vest was in the car. She did not push further, but I am glad she asked! The ADA states that the two questions that businesses may ask are whether the animal is a service animal and if so, what tasks is the animal trained to perform? I am always happy to answer both and am truthfully impressed when a business trains their staff to ask.
These questions protect real service animals and their handlers and help deter fakes, which can be dangerous. And I’m also glad that she did not question the lack of a vest. While most handlers do have some kind of vest or harness at the ready, the ADA also states that forms of identification like this are not required.
All of this just cements that I will be back to enjoy the food and smoothies from here. Thank you for giving Georgia and I a good experience today!

They do not greet customers and they're rude. Whats with the stale faces & attitude? And what business doesn't accept any cash over $20? That's ghetto.

Good food but poor customer service. We ordered in house and didn't get our smoothie for 20 minutes because the staff put all of the online orders ahead of our in person order.

Maybe wait to go until they’re trained more since it’s a new restaurant. My girlfriend and I went today. They incorrectly rang up our free smoothie reward, did not apologize, and made it seem like it was our fault… mind you the smoothies are $$. They did give us free smoothie/food coupons after the awkward and uncomfortable encounter where they could not fix the mistake/refund and re-ring up the correct reward… this interaction was with the manager. Then, our side that we paid $1 extra for was wrong (the receipt was correct). We went inside to get our correct side and were ignored by three employees. Mind you…. both mistakes were not our fault. Another uncomfortable interaction where it seemed to be our fault when it wasn’t. Very frustrating because we have been waiting a couple months for this place to open and were treated poorly. Really wish we could say better things. We both worked in food service and would have handled that interaction in a much more friendly and apologetic manner.

Customer service is poor, long wait with food already complete but left it there. Hopefully training can make it better but not sure if that’s the problem.

Whenever I come in, it is very clean inside. But I am practically ignored by every employee.

This is probably the worst Tropical Smoothie I’ve been to.The last three times I’ve been it has been a disaster. The first time my food was not cooked properly. The second the workers forgot to make my order and I had to wait for 20 minutes. And lastly they messed up my order three times and I had to go back twice to ask them to change it; they also gave me an open bag of chips. And when I got in my car and opened the food it wasn’t even the right order! Altogether the workers are rude and not focused on their jobs. I do not recommend going here.
