Richard was so helpful and kind during our passport appointment. He carefully checked all the applications and made sure everything was in order. We were so impressed by his professionalism, this is the place I'd recommend going to for anything to do with your passport. I've also found the staff at this location to be very nice on the other occasions I've used this post office.

These people are awesome, did you with so much and very impatient people. I saw a very sweet lady, handling everybody with respect and efficiency. Her name is Ashley. Keep up the good work and good spirits.

I have had a multiple interactions with him and he is always helpful, kind, funny, and will do anything within his power to make your transactions smooth. I have had positive interactions with other workers at this location as well despite the fact that they are usually understaffed when I go there. Tom and other postal workers do the best they can even when they have a long line and they do so with a kind, and helpful approach. THANK YOU!

Richard went above and beyond and helped me with packing three packages. He found the appropriate boxes that were the perfect fit. He's the most helpful and kind USPS employee I've ever dealt with.

I just had the best experience at this location today. I had to mail a package off to my nephew that is a Marine. The package was huge Ashley was so concerned about my package not being secured enough that she hopped on top of a chair to tape it down so that the package wouldn’t come a loose. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure my Marine got his package safe… I am truly grateful to her for what she did for us. Thank you again Mrs Ashley. Thanks for all your help

I often visit this post office...mostly to buy money orders and sometimes for international shipping. My experience has been great. Customer service has always been great. Kim is very friendly. Two other male clerks are pretty nice as well. One additional thing that I want to say about this post office and many other ones...is that it can be pretty busy between 4 and 6 p.m. And I understand that it is probably many people hitting the post office at the same time after work. I don't know about the negative reviews but I have honestly never experienced customer service issues from the clerks or issues with my local and international shippings. I can only agree with the fact that it can be pretty busy at certain times of the day and you may need to wait on the line for over 10 mins or so. I experienced these same wait times at certain times of the day in Ann Arbor and other cities I lived in. I am really glad the USPS is nearby and especially shipping my international items at fraction the rate of other shipping places.

I've never really had a major issue waiting in line or getting my mail when I get a "box full" notice. But I think the more important experience I've had is that when 3 packages went missing, I called the office and Ashley was extremely friendly and helpful. She called me with updates each day until it was finally determined that my packages were most likely stolen. You don't get that kind of care from a place that "doesn't understand customer service", as other reviewers have asserted is the case with this office.

We had an appointment for our infant daughter to get a passport done and arrived early and Darryl was willing to take us even though it was not our scheduled time(little did we know it was national walk in day for passports) Darryl did a phenomenal job. With our little one and was very quick and explained everything so we understood! Great service and quick! Kudos to Darryl and for all he does there!

I had to renew my passport today, and the lovely lady Brittney was so helpful, cheerful and patient. She helped me pick the right packaging (the one I choose was wrong), answered my questions, and even looked over my paperwork to make sure I had everything done right!

I had an appointment for a passport application and was extremely pleased with how it was handled. Daryell (I might have misspelled that) knew everything I needed to do, including having a satisfactory picture taken (there's a fee, and it's worth every penny). He did it all thoroughly and efficiently and sent me away in minutes with a smile.

Thorough efficient service. Could use more staff, but the staff work hard. With the range of choices and services that Post Office provides it's a complicated trying, job with many demands.
