City of Bennettsville

So thankful for Terry and his crew! The transformer blew and we was without power for roughly 2 hrs from when we placed the call. They got right to work and replaced the transformer and came to check to make sure our power was back on. I understand they are short staff but these guys did amazing to get the power back on in timely manner.

Terrible ! We sat for 3 hours while the power was out with a newborn ! A truck rode through and NEVER came back ! As soon as I called they sent out trucks to fix the lights ! The woman who answered tried to say it was a city outage but that was a lie because other ppl I talked to did not have an outage ! With a storm coming they should’ve had ppl out already monitoring! They don’t care about no one but themselves
