Geek Squad

I think Geek Squad is well worth the money. The yearly membership covers many things along with discounts through Best Buy. They did however take away dree everyone appliances this renewal. Still a great value for all your te h problems and concerns.

As a college student, having a working laptop is crucial to my success. After experiencing some harddrive issues with my surface laptop. I walked into this best buy expecting to hear bad news. A man by the name Palmer was there to greet me and ensured that they would help me find a solution to my problem. Between Palmer and the manager, I walked out having had the best experience someone could have while dealing with a tech problem. If you ever have any tech issues, please trust the men at this location! They are so kind and helpful. They will answer all your questions and make sure your issues are resolved. I am so greatful for the amazing customer service I received here today.

Third time I used Geek squad, twice to transfer data from older
PC to new purchase PC and to upgrade processor rams & speed,
once to repair defective power supply on an older PC.
Cost of service extremely reasonable and has not changed in
over 5 years!
Each time the work was completed before estimated time of completion.
Work was done as promised and everything done and how to use
was explained thoroughly in both technical and laymen terms at time of delivery.
The team is very experienced, knowledgeable, Tech/IT savy,
courteous and stays up to date on latest technologies and on
what new ones are coming out.
Their work is very reliable and everything they did for me performed
flawlessly.
I highly recommend their service for anything electronic.
Also, they delivered, installed, set up my 65" Ultra 4K/3D HDTV and
fully explained and demonstrated how to use all the functions.
