All Cracked Up

The staff at All Cracked Up are totally amazing. Even though in the end my cracked screen couldn't be fixed they tried their very best to do so. Even when I had to get a new phone they even offered to help transfer the information to the new phone because I am so technology challenged. I would absolutely, over and over recommend them.

Fast service, friendly, knowledgeable, upfront and honest. Explained that my phone may not be repairable due to extensive damage, gave me many options for a course of action. Will recommend over and over.

Extremely helpful and polite staff. My phone wouldn't charge unless you held the cord in the exact right way, at the exact right time, in the exact right place. They cleaned out my charging port, and the speakers as well! Works like a charm now.

I have used a All Cracked Up for a number of phone repairs now (family of 4, 3 of us are hard on phones!). My first experience with them went through a parts order issue, and a "stuff happens" issue, throughout which Pat went out of his way (and lost money over all) to make sure it was right. That was the only problem I've ever had with them, and the customer service and communication (and dedication to making it right) is what has sold me on them.... Things happen, how a business handles it is what defines them. And Pat and his crew have defined All Cracked Up as an outstanding business, reasonably priced with great communication and incredible customer service.

Amazing work and very reasonably priced!

High quality service and very reasonably priced. My iPhone needed a significant repair. Pat and Noah had it completed in a half hour. The price was reasonable and the shop stands by their work. This is a veteran owned business and also offers a military discount. I highly recommend All Cracked Up!

Pat is wonderful! His service was fast and he was incredibly kind and friendly. I was very pleased with the end result and happy that his pricing was really reasonable. This is a great little shop and although I hope I don't break my screen again, if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to trust Pat to repair it. So I haven't had the work done yet. I got the screens on my own according to one of their employees suggestions, I'm taking it in when they open hoping it won't take too long, Only charging me $50 whic hbk I guess is the going rate? The lady down the rd gave me the same price but I heard these guys where really fast.... I will update when it's done. UPDATE: very nice people did amazing work would definitely recommend!

Noah was super professional and made sure getting my phone fixed was a great experience. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I also did a fair amount of research before I chose All Cracked Up. They have best prices in the area.

What a breath of fresh air! I bought an IPhone 12 Pro Max on Dec 18th. Unfortunately for me, 30 minutes before AT&T closed. Sales rep did not transfer my info from ole phone but suggested I go to library or here the next morning and have my info transferred. I was informed of all costs possible up front and advised of time involved beforehand. My deepest thanks and gratitude to them. Very professional, very nice and helpful. Did all he could. Wound up not charging me. I’ll definitely go back.

I don't usually do reviews, but Patrick went above and beyond to fix my phone and get it back to me. I appreciate Patrick's honesty and hard work. The price was right too !!! Noah was very respectful also. Good job guy's !!! Thanks for everything !!!

Pat was great- he had our battery on the Iphone 7 plus replaced within an hour. 10% discount for retired and active duty is awesome. Cost less than $45... STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIM...

Customer service seems to be a dying art nowadays but All Cracked Up sets the bar high. I came in with with a shattered iphone screen. The owner had a fair pricing sheet and a quick turnaround time for repair. Unexpectedly, a spot had developed on the screen a few months later. After contacting the owner about my plight, his exact words were “bring it on in, we stand by our work.” There were no charges due to the warranty they offer on their product/service. Fantastic business model. Would recommend to anyone.

Noah and Patrick were fantastic! I brought in my broken laptop, and they were able to give me a list of detailed repairs, at a reasonable price! They were both very courteous and professional; if I ever need computer/phone repairs in the future, this is where I'll go. Work was fast and accurate! Noah is the nicest guy and came up with a great plan to repair my iPad screen after it was ordered. I was only without it for one day. Thank you guys!

I shattered my iPhone 13 Pro Max and they had no problem ordering a new face and putting it back on. Great service and very kind.
