The staff is absolutely phenomenal. Felicia is one of the nicest managers of any the places I have been in. She has helped my family and I out several times with our phones and/or service, even going beyond what I would have expected. I have referred friends to this office just because of her, and will continue to do so.

I was skeptical about cricket at first bc of where I live but the associate that helped me that was FABULOUS. She answered all of my questions. She was prompt and courteous. She even got me with promoting an upscale which is exactly what we needed and didn't even know it. Thank you Megan for giving me the best customer service I have ever had.

Went in to have two lines transferred over to Cricket service 1 from T-Mobile the other from AT&T and ended up getting a new Samsung Galaxy S10 and a LG Stylo 4 and were able to keep our same#'s. We had a great salesperson who's name was Felicia who handled Everything and it was the weekend between both our birthdays mine and my husband's and we had awesome birthdays.

The store is nice and shiny and the phone selection is just right. You will pay the same price as Cricket online so why not go in person and support your local store and have your phone with 30 minutes? I purchased both of my Samsung Halos here in Enterprise and find that this model is the most phone for the money. Ask for Isiah since he knows the plans and products plus he speaks Spanish.

What a fantastic employee. I inadvertently locked myself out of my new Stylo 6. I couldn't even Factory reset. She worked on my phone until she got it to reset. Incredible ok was so pleased with my service from Ebone. Star player you have Cricket
