Had a return to Apple. Had no box and no tape. I thought they may have supplies but didn't. Employee first told me I could buy box. As I was strolling Aisle 7 looking for box, she came and said she found something that would work. What a blessing and what customer service! Couldn't see her name tag, but thank you whoever you are.....

They came here to pick up a product but had no way to leave me a PAPER receipt that they had picked it up, they didn't tell me that they would put it under my email when they scanned it. I messed up not knowing!! So use them. They are really nice. But make sure you are aware of how to track your items, Prior!! They'll come to your house.

Very friendly and helpful...the package I was mailing was denied service because there was a small hole in the box but instead of me having to take the box home and replacing it they were very helpful and provided me with the box
