If I could place a zero star rating I would. I live in cottondale,fl and our mail lady really is RUDE! She says she leaves packages in our mailbox. No she did not. One time recently she left a package by the edge of the rd. Anybody could have ran it over! Today my husband watched her THROW another one our packages on our front porch! The Impact was loud he said. Good thing package wasn't breakable. She told the amazon it was in residents mailbox again. She needs to be spoken to and be corrected or get a different job. She does the mail route on Elliott drive if it helps pin point this mail lady. Sincerely,

I had a package come in the mail and it did not have my unit number cause I stay in a trailer park. And when I looked up the tracking number it did I requested the package to be held hitch is not true and I called and told the women I was in unit B and could she send it out tomorrow cause I have no car and she was very rude and snapped the response NO!!! Very unprofessional
