Build-A-Bear Workshop

My son & I had a lovely experience getting his bear here :) Haley is SO good at what she does, she was silly and sweet through our whole interaction, and all of the staff there are great!

I took my friend here and we had a wonderful experience making bears on a girls day out. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Great fun for all ages :) I highly recommend it if you have kids or just want to try it for yourself.

Everyone is so welcoming!! They make making a new friend such a wonderful and magical moment. Our family loves going to this Build A Bear!! It’s the only one we would ever go to!! Their team is so happy and amazing!! The manager and assistant manager are very wonderful and kind. They go way and beyond for their customers💜

The best Build A Bear my family and I have ever been to. They are always so nice and friendly. They treat us like family. The manager is a very nice lady who is always very sweet to us especially my kids.

We had the absolute best experience! We had a worker I wish I knew her name. She helped us find the perfect Harry Potter house for my littlest on his 9 and 3 quarters birthday. She also helped with my middle child who was way over stimulated and minus a nap. She didn't mind at all how crazy he was! She was absolutely wonderful! Even dressed the Bears for us before we left. 10 out of 10 recommend!!! I couldn't have asked for a better bear builder to help us!!!

Great place to take the kids and tons of different toys to pick from they have toys from movies. That was the longest part waiting on my children to pick out which toy they wanted to be. The staff is super friendly and works with the children allows them to have fun while making their stuffed animals and allows them to think and their own special heart to put inside. I highly recommend a few plan on going to a Build-A-Bear use this one the staff was great.

Went on 4/22/24 for our son’s first birthday and Jude was great!

Sebastian was the most fun and lovely person to help stuff our bears. They were very accommodating and helpful in picking out sounds and scents, absolutely hope they’re around next time I’m in !

Mia is a gem!! She does really great with kids and my very shy toddler was able to be involved in making her build a bear. I love that they offer $5 for a $10 gift card as well.

I rudely came in with birthday bears to be stuffed without calling first. I had purchased too many so while the kids had theirs stuffed, Ms. Meadow worked on the returns and even an exchange. The store got pretty busy but Ms. Meadow kept everything sorted! Ms. Kaitlyn kept the kids entertained and made sure they had a great time. Thank you so much Ms. Kaitlyn for making a memorable birthday and Ms. Meadow for keeping everything going smoothly so cranky parents didn't ruin it!!

My daughter loved getting her 2 year old bear here. They were so nice. The store is impeccably clean and well organized.

Each build a bear workshop workers did an excellent job with the social distancing and making it a friendly and safe environment. We came in today for a birthday bear for my 7yo daughter and Nick did an incredible job making my birthday girl feel special and helped her name the bear Muffin. Thank you for a magical experience! 🐻 ✨

Very patient and accommodating staff. My first time at this store was during the (infamous) Pay Your Age promotion and I was in line for 4 hours, sweating and sunburnt. I cannot imagine what it was like for the employees but when it was finally my turn, the girl was so sweet and didn’t rush my family through the process at all. Seriously, she must have the patience of a saint.

As for today’s visit, I called while at work and the lady helped me with as much sincerity as if I had been in store. I could only get there on my lunch break, but since I only get 30 minutes she offered to have one of the bears (an Umbreon) stuffed for me so I wouldn’t have to wait too long. I got there and my plush was waiting for me at the register so I was literally in and out in 5 minutes. I still had time to eat lunch! Thanks so much :)!!

First time in a build bear for our daughters 1st birthday and we had a great experience. Staff was great at explaining prices and how the process of building the bear went. They where very patcient and sweet helping our one year old pick out and stuff the bear. So thank you for being so great!

The employee Nick was so fabulous and I loved his attitude. Heather helped me find an outfit for my newest bear. Laura, the manager, is always so helpful when I come. I am a collector and I frequent this store. They never fail disappoint

The workers were so considerate and sweet with the kids, my kids had an amazing experience building their own stuffed animals and being able to place a heart in them they got to dress them and fill out their own unique birth certificate which they loved! Will definitely be back they are a bit pricey but for the experience we will do it again!

Staff was incredibly helpful! Brought a first time adult and they made the experience just as magical as a child's. Will definitely be back!

Just had my daughter's first birthday party here. We had a blast. The party leader, Jennifer, was amazing and worked well with all the guest (ages 2 months - 11 years old).
