Anne is really a wonderful postal worker she goes above and beyond to make sure my packages and whatever postal needs I may have are met !

I needed to go to the website to find out phone # to post office they were having computer issues this morning. I just happened to read reviews one really troubled me. A customer by the name of Andrew Mathis really upset me. He bashed the senior clerk how rude she was in addition had the audacity to mock her hair & north jersey accent. I'm from north jersey & if you want rude visit there as far as horrible hair & accent give me a break I envy her hair her accent find & pleasant. She is always pleasant to me and other customers I go out of my way to that post office from Barnegat. This one individual very vindictive & should go to Barnegat post office he love the treatment

Although I live in Lacey I use the Waretown Branch. Usually never a line here and everyone of the employees are friendly. Q quick and efficient service with ample parking lot with easy in and out access to Route 9

This office is great... No complaints everyone is so nice and helpful. I'm happy to welcome that African American girl.

Very efficient place, easy to get to and I definitely would continue to do so simply for convenience yet sometimes when we go to deliver a package the service woman we tend to get doesn't seem very friendly or happy to be there, which sadly enough leaves you feeling like you yourself were an overall bother for showing up to send mail out despite that Being the place's intention. I still return, yet I don't tend to expect to be treated or greeted with a smile.

I go here regularly. When anne is working I can always trust her to do her job professionally and politely, also the other white lady who started working there more recently is very sweet and professional. Sadly the African American women that works there is extremely rude and unprofessional. I'm shocked shes still working there after getting drug charges. She always is rude to me infront of my children. And throws my fragile packages. Even on the phone shes super rude and wont tell people her name so they cant complain about her. They really should fire her because this is the nicest post office around when shes not there ! Would give five stars if it wasnt for that rude worker.

Quick but I noticed the woman tends throw the boxes roughly into the containers. It’s not much but people pay for things and trust them not to be so mishandled.

Disgusting attitudes everytime I go in. So lazy they have ring bell for service and yell at you through a wall. Today I brought my service animal in as it is warm to leave in the car and carried him instead of on leash as respect for the establishment. He had leash on it was under my arm. I was simply dropping a pre paid shipment . He told me no service because I had a dog and never showed his face. The rudest experience of my life. One man and one woman that are not happy they even wake up on a daily basis.

The most rude staff ive ever seen. The lady at the counter with redish hair was mad because people were inside at 915 when they open at 9 . And she was throwing peoples packages into the bin and belittling others about dropping off because they didnt know where to drop off packages...They forget they work for the people.. completely unprofessional

I was trying to ship care packages with hand warmers, chap stick and gloves to my daughter's boyfriend's platoon stationed in Poland. I went there instead of Barnegat where I live bc Barnegat is ALWAYS busy and I knew this would probably take a few extra mins. After having to ask her 2 times to make sure I filled out the form correctly, she questioned me why I didn't take it to the Barnegat post office. Not that it should matter..especially bc I was the ONLY PERSON in there. She told me that I needed to write the name and address on the box which I didn't know. Then she told me to take it back to the Barnegat post office bc they have more staff there and it would get shipped faster. The Barnegat post office was of course busy but helped me with my package.

I normally wouldn't go out of my way to review a post office, but there needs to be something said about the loud, vulgar music and bad attitude coming from the African American woman that works there. Not only is gangster rap not appropriate for ANY workplace, it specifically isn't appropriate for a government affiliated workplace.
I've been told that many people have called and complained about her bad attitude and piss poor customer service skills, but yet shes still there. Makes you wonder.

For sometime now my mail and my neighbors mail has been delivered to every house but the right one. A package from Amazon showed it was delivered but I didn't get it one of my neighbors got it, a package picked up by the post office in burlington NJ 27 miles from where I live, 3 drop offs later, they gave it to another carrier and maybe another 3 days to get it after it was dropped at the Waretown post office . They can't even get a letter in the right box

Wanna talk about the rudest person I ever met instead of directing me with what I should do with my package she tried belittling me old lady grayish red hair hates her job she should find a new job this isn’t for her or retire. All because I had a bigger than normal package.
