He was able to save my favorite boots! With the new heels, they are as good as new and I am thrilled. I didn't think they could be saved.

We've had two recent repairs, Mr. Robinson did an excellent job on both and his prices were top notch and very reasonable.

The owner is very knowledgeable on repairs. He helped guide me to a solution on a pair of boots i had.

I JUST called with a very abrupt “Hello?!” Like it was an inconvenience. He didn’t even start with the name of the company.
I had to ask, “Is this the shoe shop? I was just calling to get a quote on the repair.”
He rudely responded, “It’d be about 20 bucks, but I can’t really tell ya unless I have it in front of me.”

Go to Perfect Touch on Hartford Highway. They cobbled my favorite boots PERFECTLY!

Not very helpful, maybe he has his own reasons but if you think you have a very simple job, don't waist your time to go there for a quick solution, he wants you to wait 4-5 days for a simple machine stich.

Did not have them done.
when he said it would be done, quality was shoddy at best. Price was reasonable but you get what you pay for.
