CVS Pharmacy

The staff at the Chanhassen CVS are the best customer service team I’ve encountered anywhere. Polite, problem solving, smart, respectful, responsive.

I was tired of horrible service from a competing Pharmacy so I decided to give CVS a try. CVS has been wonderful. They are quick, patient with my questions, researched best pricing options for me, made suggestions. I rarely need to wait in line and if there is a line it moves quickly. There is plenty of staff and they are very friendly. If dropping of a prescription to be filled while I waited, the wait time has been within 10 minutes. I absolutely recommend this pharmacy and am beyond happy I gave them a try.

We did the drive-thru COVID testing through this Minute Clinic and it couldn’t have been easier. The scheduling was easy, the staff helping was super friendly, and we were “in and out” very quickly - an oddly positive experience during a somewhat stressful time, the customer service really makes a difference!

Just WONDERFUL! They are always very nice and very busy! A sign of a successful business!

Had to switch locations. They burned through 3 refills to get one prescription filled. I could hear the tech talking to the pharmacist in the back saying “but that’s not right”. After going round and round with insurance, my provider and multiple cvs locations, I now have zero refills. But her that’s my problem not yours. Right? My doctor said, “unreal, never go back to those crooks”. YIKES!!

Every time we go here to get prescriptions I have to give my secondary insurance to them again. Every single time. This is all cvs locations too! If I had a choice I’d never use cvs but unfortunately our primary insurance will ONLY fill prescriptions at cvs.

We've been coming here for years, with great service. Last 2 months have been terrible. We place an order for our prescription, we're given a time frame, and we always show up 2-4 hours later and it's still not done. Once or twice, I can understand, but this has been going on for much longer. Always nice people, but now terribly unreliable for prescriptions. Worst I've seen.

With exception to a few nice staff at this location, there’s almost always an issue when ordering prescriptions. Pharmaceutical companies, and Pharmacies are merely a billion-dollar medication dispenser of Legal drugs for profit, and less about the customers. Snyders back in the day was just the opposite, and stellar Customer Service. I had an issue with a young punk Pharmacy Assistant at Target Chaska who actually got fired for his non-professionalism, and towards customers (including myself). The things that idiot said to me were beyond unacceptable - hope I run into him on the street someday.

Customer service doesn't exist. Walked in there was one employee near the register area(no greeting), walked to the body wash area- one person working in that aisle (she did NOT greet), walked to the school supply wall passing an employee(didn't greet) and decided to leave after that...ohhh and on my way out the person near the cosmetic counter also chose not to greet me as a customer... in my way to the competitor.. which is its like 8 mins out of the way.. but i always get greeted..

We have been going to this pharmacy for years. However the service has gotten so bad in the last year and just keeps getting worse. Refills are never filled until you show up to get it. Then they will expedite it while you have to wait 20 minutes. I have given them 5 days to refill and it still isn’t done. Find another place to go!

You have to really pay attention to prices and make sure they are using coupons if you have them for pharmacy. They are NOT looking out for your best interest at the Galpin location of CVS
