Saturday Visit

Today, the Postal Worker (forget his name) was so nice and kind. There was a semi-rude customer that came in and the postal worker kept his professionalism and awesome customer service-energy! He did not allow her bad vibes to pollute the atmosphere!🙌🏽🥰

This is the best Post Office in Southern Maryland. The person in charge, David Ford is efficient, knowledgeable, proficient, professional and he offers a great customer service. The office is clean and well organized. I don't go anywhere else. Thank you so much!

Went to mail a few returns and a family gift. This was our second visit. Both times staff have been absent but shown up promptly when help was needed. Staff are very helpful and we are able to get done what we planned, even with a cranky toddler in tow.

I appreciate the service I receive at this post office. It's quick and convenient. They get you in and out!!!

Staff is good, could be a little friendlier but they get things done.

Office located inside a mall; which implies that they have a special schedule and that they open late and close by break time; very small; very friendly staff.

I’m disappointed I go Wednesday march 6, 2024 11:45 am nobody over there even I didn’t see any notice in the door is closed I waiting 20 minutes still nobody over there still close😡

At 11:45 am on a Saturday they’re supposed to be open and they are closed. An employee came to the door, saw the line and walked away; no explanation as to why they weren’t open or help on where we could go. We went to the post office road location, but some people rely on public transportation and can’t just drive somewhere else. Do better.

What kinda special person puts a USPS inside a place like that??

The guy the works the front desk is a great guy but somebody lost my package and then they aren’t trying to pay me because they claim I didn’t provide enough info. SMH

At 11:00 they are supposed to be at office but its 12:16 there is no one at the office.

This particular Post Office is notorious for opening late. I'm not sure why, but it's not only unprofessional & time consuming, but frustrating for paying customers. Contact 1-800-USPS to file a complaint with the local Postmaster should you ever experience buffoonery at this or any other location.
