Lush Cosmetics Pacific City Center

I had the best experience today with Zoe!! I came in feeling so overwhelmed with Christmas shopping and asked for her help picking out gifts. What I was looking for was pretty specific, and she went through all the different gift boxes with me to find the perfect ones!
I feel so grateful to have met her! She made the experienced so much better and took a lot of stress off me.

My fiancée and I were coming in just to browse but ended up taking a LOT of goodies home. I'm going to try the items tonight and see if I need to update my review. I loved the service we received there!! They were very professional & kind. Very helpful when it came to what I needed. I ended up buying a few things I saw myself(not referred by the staff.) I've heard many great things about lush. I hope I can update for product review.

We had a private party for 8 people on a Sunday evening. I am so impressed, it was such a cool experience! The employees were friendly and helpful and everyone had a great time, it exceeded all my expectations.

For the private parties they close the store at 6:15pm on a sunday (so they would be closed anyway) and everyone gets to make their own bath bomb, then we each got a personalized facial. My skin is sensitive so all the products they used on my face were gentle and my skin looked amazing when we finished! Then everyone got time to shop with a prepaid $50 giftcard and ask any questions as we explored.

This location was very well stocked and I got the impression that all the employees knew the products inside out and were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for.
I ended up getting the solid shampoo and conditioner for travel and camping, 2 sunny side bath bars because they seriously take my baths to another level, and some leave in conditioner for my hair. They also threw in a bunch of samples that I cant wait to try.

So basically I cant recommend this Lush location enough. if anyone is considering doing a private party here, go for it.

Great place to browse and sample different types of soaps and scented goods. The staff at every Lush we have been to is extremely helpful and always nice. We shop here a lot. Don't forget to get some samples and always check ahead to see if rhey have any deals. Ethical product testing.

This place is great, I wasn’t to sure what I wanted but the all the staff members were happy to point me in the right direction. As it was for my significant other I needed to take my time to get it right but in the end grabbed almost everything. I’ll be returning again when my stock runs out! FYI: their Christmas stuff is out and I would highly recommend you go out and sniff around.

I love lush, i am getting ready to go back now haha for mother's day gifts!! Can be expensive, but its worth it. I bought bridal shower gifts here as well. Staff is friendly and attentive. Love them!

Great staff, Raven is awesome. She took care of my daughter and I. She also has great knowledge of their products and offered demos to showcase them. Another staff member (her name escapes me) actually provided a sample of some products before checking us out.

The workers are super nice and knowledgeable about their products. Don't be afraid to ask for a sample! The Ocean Salt face scrub has changed my life. Overall wonderful store.

Customer service I this store is so great! I've never had a bad experience at a lush. I don't think it's possible to have a bad experience. This place is amazing. I always leave feeling revitalized. It's so hard not to buy everything each visit!

The staff here is so unbelievably nice and helpful, I'm a bit shy but they made me feel so comfortable here especially since it was first time and answered all my questions even the dumb ones lol.

For the quality of the products their prices really are so reasonable (compare to the hit or miss at Ulta/Sephora). Stopped in tonight ready to drop a little cash and was promptly helped by a fun, friendly rep (Kelly) who helped me zone in pretty quickly on what I wanted, and didn't push anything I wasn't into. In particular she found me a new moisturizer (Enzymion) that feels amazing on - it's somehow a mattifier in a moisturizer? She also introduced me to their Rose Jam spray and saved me from spending 5x as much at Jo Malone. I'm sitting here sniffing my wrists and enjoying how my skin feels: clean, not greasy. Yay! Lush is the best.

Oh just the smell of this store makes me so happy! Friendly knowledgeable staff, organic amazing products. The selections is huge here!

Walked into this place out of curiosity and employee Apple was such a sweetheart! She went out of her way to play with my 4 year old and show him cool things around the store.

Always amazing, and always leaving smelling fresh. Great team in here to help you with whatever you need for body care. Also great for men!!

One of few places where you can get homemade wash products and at reasonable prices. They make some pretty great stuff including beard and face wash/conditioner.

When you walk in it smells so so good and the soaps and bath bombs are so beautiful I would definitely go again.
