I went to get a passport and Alex was super amazing. I was done in less than five minutes. I have been to two post offices, Allentown post office and Whitehall post office and they both get zero stars from me because of the lack of management and their customer service. They don’t even try to be nice to explain their lack of services, just a rude “I cannot do it!”. Thank you again Alex!

Alex was great!! Very efficient and friendly. I specifically drove 40 minutes to this post office bc of the great reviews. I live 15 min from Lansdale and was not going there bc of the terrible reviews. I was in and out for my passport at this Center Valley post office, thanks to Alex. Thank you

This post office is the best post office you can possibly find! Tracy, Alex, Paula, Mary, and A.J. are all AMAZING! Paula and A.J. are delivery drivers, Alex and Mary are clerks, and Tracy is the post master. All of them are super kind and offer SPECTACULAR service! Definetley reccomend this post office to ANYONE looking for passports, or a reliable post office to ship items out at. Thanks for the amazing service guys!

When another post office cancelled last minute on my passport appointment, I had to scramble. Center Valley took us last minute, and took the photo. They were courteous and helpful. Thank you to Tracy and Alex for excellent service!!

USPS always accomplishes the task at hand, this particuliar branch is of no exception! If I was in the area, I would with no hesitation, stop in here again!

Donna was terrific! Had a long line and many customers for passport help. handled it all like a champ, singing and keeping things light as she went around making sure everyone was helped and no one waited too long. A master at multi tasking...

My kids and wife's passport appointment didnt show up in thier system but huge thanks to MS.Mary and her coworker who were very kind and professional helped us by taking in without appointment.

The parking and entrance are a bit baffling by design. That being said, I was assisted by 2 separate young men about a month ago and the customer service from BOTH was simply outstanding! I just wanted to relay that. Keep up the great work!

I was waited on by a super helpful man today. He helped us with our passports, even down to what type of envelope we needed! Way better than the other facility we had been using.
