T-Mobile

I was not happy with AT&T and thinking about switching, so I went into Sam's and switched to T-Mobile. As we know, "free phones" are not free. They charge you for them on a monthly basis and are a way to keep you in a contract for a while. I did not want this, so I paid the difference between the buy-back for my old phone and the price of the new one (less than $400). Fast-forward 3 weeks, and I am calling T-Mobile to ask why does my bill show charges for the new phone, if there should be none because I paid for the difference at the store. They fixed this, which took over an hour on the phone. In the process, I learn that the staff at the Sam's Club store annotated my account saying that they had me pay for the difference between the two phones because I have bad credit. I am beyond furious about this credit thing. The lady on the phone fixing the billing issue said that there was nothing she could do about it, this is what the store said.
