They do great work and they are very responsive all around good people

Sent my car to have all new interior, head liner, seats, carpet. Every time I called to check, I was told it would be a couple weeks. Or would get some excuse about busy or personal things coming up. When ever I would swing by or send someone they would have all new vehicles. After telling him i was done and wanted my car back he apologized once more and wanted to fix the situation, said it was almost done just needed 1 more week, 3 weeks later still not done and needing 1 more week.... end result was I took my car back 1 year and 6 months after dropping it off and they did not even touch it, had to threaten legal action to get my money back. A word for the owner, if you have a booked schedule say something, give a date you have free and don't push other projects out when they pay you a deposit that you asked for. Give real time frames and follow through.if you are too busy TURN PEOPLE AWAY or tell them when you will be able to schedule them in.

After the first Few parts we sent them and waited 8 months for completion I personally went and discussed with them that we own a hot rod shop snd it would be nice to have a shop that could actually get work done. The reluctantly but apologetically finished the first parts .
The I regrettably used them again sending some camaro seats as a example asking them to cover the rear seat and door panels to match . That was 2.5 years ago. Covid understanding we waited , waited and waited more. Called several times and was told they would be completed in a few weeks each time.
Well today not wanting to tell them exactly how I felt I had my employee go pick up our parts . And not only was the work not done the nice seats we sent as a example we’re covered in mold and had other parts set on them . We will now need to pay to have 3 panels fixed on seats that were in great used condition.
Don’t bother unless you are their best friends or a relative. Previous customer etc. They really don’t want new customers that say things like whenever you can snd be sure to charge enough to make them really nice . How disappointed I am I don’t think there are words for
