Fantastic little shop. Great selection for MTG, Warhammer, and much more. Been frequenting recently and every employee I've met has been not only friendly but fantastic to chat with. As multiple have said, the store is a passion product and it shows. Full recommend.

{Only thing to watch out for is the parking lot is small and the employees may ask you to move your car, as the neighboring stores guard their spots fiercely. Street parking may be required.}

Perhaps my favorite gaming store in all of Milwaukee, especially for wargaming. Their stock is fairly standard - mostly Games Workshop and Magic, along with Marvel Crisis Protocol, First Blood, and Star Wars: Legion and numerous board games, but the staff is willing to figure out if they can special order anything from their distributors if you ask. Speaking of staff - I’ve never had anything less than a friendly and helpful interaction whenever I’ve stopped in. Everyone working there (owners and staff) is passionate about some of the nerdiest stuff possible, and if they can’t help you with something, they’ll figure out who can, even if it’s another store. Play spaces are clean and well-lit, and it’s a fairly diverse crowd that comes in.

The big draw here is the community and play spaces - people are friendly, there’s usually someone painting or doing hobby stuff, and they try to host regular game nights for some of their bigger games, along with a hobby night. They also are awesome about trying to connect people for games - I’ve played everything from Battlefleet Gothic to SPQR there, and people have been interested in new games if someone is demoing them. I’ve also never felt uncomfortable there - it can be really hard to find gaming and nerd spaces that are female, queer, or trans-friendly, but they’re fantastic about fostering a fun, open, and safe environment.

Their Facebook and Discord communities are good for scheduling, and they tend to run several organized play leagues during a given year, with a mix of store-run and patron-run options. People also seem to like trying new games. Parking is still pretty bad, but on-street parking and being willing to move if you need to can really help mitigate it.

Good selection of citadel and army painter paints. Have, or can get you, the latest in 40k, magic, marvel, and more. *Excellent* staff who are always willing to help with your next project. Battle Brothers is my favorite shop in the Milwaukee area.

David was SUPER helpful and great to talk to! Love the ability to actually play the games that they sell (they have nights dedicated to the games). Seems like a cozy place with a fun community! We will definitely be back to buy, sell, and hopefully play some games! Thanks for making our first visit to the store such a positive experience, David!

Great people, great atmosphere. Good for casual or competitive play, supportive of beginners with a nice and helpful community.

I don’t think I can rave about this place enough. My fiancé is friendly with the staff of the shop and started taking me a few months ago to learn MTG. I have never been to a geek oriented space that was more warm and welcoming. Friendly and attentive staff, great prices, and just a great atmosphere. As a woman in geek oriented spaces like comic book shops and game stores can be intimidating and isolating. But here the owners and staff work hard to create a genuinely inclusive environment and it reflects in the community of customers that regularly come to the shop. If you’re a seasoned gamer as fiancé is or new like me, I can’t imagine a better local business to support. I’ve made some great friends and memories in just a short time and it’s become one of my favorite places to be.

This is a fun spot to play some magic on a Friday night with a friendly, relaxed crowd. It's a small shop, which is kind of nice in that it makes the atmosphere feel more inviting and comfortable to spend time in. I wish there were a bit more parking available, but it's workable as is.

I went into this store for the first time today. Not only did I get to meet with the owners i felt a warm welcome by all of the customers at the store. Everyone was so kind and approachable. I look forward to going in for Friday Night Magic and potentially learning how to play warhammer 40k i may have finally found my nerd haven in the West Allis Area! If your on the fence just come in the atmosphere is amazing!

This store is awesome! They have a decent selection and most importantly (to me) what they had in the dnd and witchborne section was very hard to find (if not impossible) elsewhere. To make the deal even sweeter, the staff and patrons were incredibly kind and personable. I can tell this place really embodies and fosters the best traits of the gaming community!

The staff are very helpful and friendly, they have great setups for tabletop games, there is always someone there to play with, and the prices are good. They have a good selection of loose Magic cards to buy singles and a good selection of packages of many different games. One of the best shops for tabletop games in the city; definitely the best in the East Tosa/West Allis area.

I discovered this place very recently and it is great. The owners are knowledgeable of the games they sale and the rules in regards to them. Several free tables for Magic Players and several different Terrains got 40K Warhammer players. If you are looking for a new magic group to play with stepping away from all the competitive games; this place is great to go to. It offers several different levels of magic playing. This place has the greatest owners of any gaming store in the state. They are super knowledgeable and take care of their customers. Amazing prices for all MTG products. This is the only place for a consistent FNM draft in the city. LOVE THIS PLACE!

This is a great gaming store/club. Some of the most kind and fun owners and operators I have ever met. If you like Magic: The Gathering, Warhammer 40k Age of Sigmar, Boardgames, or any other games I strongly suggest checking them out. If they don't have something in stock they will order it for you. There are a few personalities there that can be rough to get along with, but don't feel intimidated by them, 99% of the people are fun and helpful. If you want to learn a new game ask someone to show you how to play. They will. Overall it is a great place and a fun atmosphere. Also, they usually are a bit cheaper than other game stores in the area, so it is worth taking a look.

Great shop. Customer service was great and staff was friendly. Shop owner took time to talk to me letting know what was new, promotions, and gaming events. They didn't mind that my 4 year old daughter was bouncing all over the place which was a bonus.

Most awesome game shop. Very friendly owners & players, professional & prompt event organization, great prices and wide selection of MTG. Will be back any time I'm in Milwaukee.

This is one of my favorite gaming places in Milwaukee. If you're looking for Magic or to get involved in various miniatures games, this is your place to check out. Heavy emphasis on GW games, but they do play other games as well.
