I went to the salon for the first time for a colour service with Emily. The entire staff were friendly and welcoming, and Emily was an absolute dream from start to finish. My colour (which was a bit of a colour correction) is stunning. She was professional and paid attention to every detail. I will be back, and highly recommend Emily for anyone looking for an amazing hair experience.

I came to Fate Salon to see Kayla years ago for an extreme colour correction. Been faithfully coming to see her ever since. Introducing the next gen into Fate salon by bringing my three daughters in for cuts. Always great service, on time, great salon environment, good music too.

Brooklyne is my hairstylist and I’ve had the best experience with her! She’s super friendly and always makes me leave the Salon feeling empowered and good about myself. She demonstrates a great amount of care and she is an incredible professional. The staff is friendly and attentive, they respond to calls and emails fast and I’ve never had trouble booking an appointment. The space is clean and well structured, it feels good to be there. Overall, I’ve had great experiences and totally recommend.

Vince is the epitome of business owner. He’s very supportive of his staff. He knows his clientele and always has time to see how you are doing. The team expresses their gratitude for your patronage with outstanding service in a warm friendly atmosphere. Feet up, beer in hand, massage chair, wash and cut!!
Emily has been doing an amazing job with my hair. I have 100% confidence in her. She’s such a beautiful young lady.

I've been going to F8 Salon for ten years, being styled by both Vince and more recently, Nicole. They listen to my needs and wants, know exactly how to perfectly style my hair and their knowledge and expertise are so much appreciated. Having confidence in my stylist is very important to me and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've struggled most of my life finding a salon to settle into where I really felt heard and understood in my needs. F8 is a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. My stylist, Kayla, is a God send. She's patient, understanding, and takes the time to make sure we're both on the same page. She always does an amazing job.

Great experience and will definitely return. Very personable from front desk to stylist. I had Emily, she was great . She listened to want I would like and took her time.

Had a fantastic experience. Was looking to book an appointment in person and they managed to squeeze me in about 15-20 mins after showing up. While I was waiting they took my coat and made me a coffee (which I didn’t expect. Never had that done for me before). The woman that did my hair (Maddie or Maddy, not sure how it is spelled, apologies), did a great job on my hair, continually checked in on me to see if I liked the length, the weight, the style, etc…. Very pleasant time, will definitely be going back!

Stephanie has been doing my hair for many years now, always does a wonderful job making my self confidence go through the roof and making my hair gorgeous 😊

I’ve tried several salons since moving back to the area from Ottawa. Several people suggested Fate, but it’s a good 1/2 hr drive for me. No matter! Nicole does such a great cut and colour that the style lasts throughout until my next appointment. She cuts my short hair exactly as I described and also has some good suggestions. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Highly recommend. 10/10. Nicole was faced with the task of correcting my color, applying highlights, and hiding grays. No simple task, but she does a phenomenal job. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a truly professional hairstylist.

This was my first visit to Fate (F8) and I felt very welcomed. The salon has great parking, was clean, vibrant and everyone was a professional. I loved seeing everyone work together as a team. Kayla did a wonderful job, through a careful consultation to ensuring my color was matched and respecting my current balayage. My fresh cut and color was perfect! Booking my next appointment was super easy and...the message chairs at the sinks were so relaxing! I look forward to many more visits, as I found my new "home." Thank you!

Been going to Fate for years. It just happened to be the first place I tried when I moved to the area in 2004 and I never had any reason to go anywhere else. The staff are amazing at what they do. My whole family goes there and I will recommend them to anyone! Sam cuts mine and my daughters hair and has been for years. My mom goes to her now as well. My son just starting going to Coops the barber. He is awesome. Very friendly and personable.
