I've purchased my last couple of phones at this location and have always been happy with the customer service. I've had Cricket for several years and they offer great coverage. The store was very clean, well stocked and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Having said this because the location is located in a tourist area they have to be able to assist with international guest. Which meant the phones were set to spanish and the amazing young lady who tried to assist me advised she only spoke a little english. Which is unfortunate because she was warm, friendly, knowedgable, and probably one of the best sales person's I've met in a while.

Matt and Adrian were a true unbelievable Host for Cricket with A+ Customer Service Skills. Matt walked me thru my upgrade shopping and helped me narrow down my choices. He put my glass protector on, case and hooked me up with wireless headphones so I can access my phone while I drive during my shift. Give these guys a ri$e !! Great experience !!👍👍

We were on vacation & I needed a new phone. I was hesitant to purchase a phone at another cricket store away from home but I am so thankful I did. From the moment I walked in the store was so welcoming. Kermith was the person to help me & he was NOTHING short of awesome. Kermith was polite & very knowledgeable! Every single cricket store needs a duplicate of him! We ran into some issues which had us in the store for over 2 hours. He never lost his patience or his cool! Matthew is a great asset for Cricket Wireless. We are in vacation in Orlando and my phone didn't turn on and I wanted a Samsung Galaxy A32 but he didn't have it store yesterday. He grabbed our number and called us next day with great news. He had the phone. He helped me set my phone up and email and pass everything to it. I'm not techy but he really was !!

Great place . Kermith has the best attitude I ever seen . We came in at 7 pm to switch to cricket for four lines . He helped us to switch and with our phones . We had a problem with my iPhone that I had with T-Mobile . He stayed with us till 9pm even though the store closes at 8pm . Kermith has so much patience it’s unbelievable. Great guy and so helpful. Thank you so much ! Kermith made feel that switching to cricket was a good idea .

I came in to this store about a week ago amazing customer service by this young man. I think his name was Helmi I mean this guy spoke like 5 languages there were other customers in the store as well and he was speaking in different languages. But took really good care of everyone and everything set my phone up , email phone numbers great case came with this awesome glass screen protector .... Ask for Helmi

I just can say that Julio was a great helped and Luis who was the staff helping me, he explained everything to me and gave me full information and it was fast and decent to show me how to use an iPhone and Luis speaks spanish as well.
