This store is super helpful, the rep Jorge (Jay) knows his stuff inside and out. The man’s a genius. If you have questions about plans, phones, etc. He’s your man, the store’s great too but legit Jorge knows the T-Mobile options and plans better than the 1-800 T-Mobile line! Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor, save yourself the time and headache, avoid the corporate store and just come here. 5 stars!

I recently visited T-Mobile and was assisted by Temmy. I was looking for a phone, and he expertly guided me through each part of the process. Without a doubt, he is a great salesperson and clearly cares about his customers.

Excellent store, staff super attentive especially Temmy which helped me out to pick up my plan a gave me good advices on what to do. He’s the person to go to if you are looking for a new device, always with a smile on his face.

We stopped by this T Mobile store this evening with intentions of just browsing. The store staff was incredible. Our sales associate, Izzy was so helpful. She explained the offers and phones available to us in actual terms I could understand. She didn't hide any information or beat around the bush. She was outstanding! The store manager was amazing. Not only did he go out of his way to drive one hour to pick up the phones I wanted because they were not in stock at this store he amusingly handed out small promotional gifts to us. I would without a doubt recommend this store to anyone. Like I said, outstanding staff and a wonderful environment.

It's very surprising how people will make your day on a bad weather, like Janetzy provides outstanding service for us. I have a lot of questions and concerns that she help me with. She extended her assistance above and beyond and make us comfortable and treat us with respect. I also commend the cleanliness of the store it was emmaculate! I love their team work and organization. Very down to earth crew, I love that they greeted me although they were busy with other customers. Thanks very much for explaining how to use my new air buds, he even set them up for me. Simply the best T-Mobil I have ever visited. Was attended first by Jojo (hardest worker) then by Her manager KC who were both very helpful. Assisted me in buying new phones. I was on vacation and had nothing but fun in the store with them. They even sang a little while I waited. If you go tell them to do a duet for you. Never been treated this nice at any TMobile before and been with the company more than ten years. Look for the magenta flag store is a little hard to find but don’t have no where else. Find this store, you will leave with a smile.

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with smiles and was greeted properly by “Mia”. I asked about deals and were offered all kinds of deals that would fit my budget. The experience I received at this store was great and would recommend this location to anyone. They were quick, efficient, and affordable.

Janetzy was very good , she explained all the promotions correctly took her only 30 seconds to sell me on the items . She also greeted every customer that came in !
