Kathan made the process of getting a new cell phone painless. He explained all the charges and options in advance. He was very patient with all my questions. This was the best experience at a cell phone company I had. Kathan was awesome.

First off, I was with T-Mobile for about 20 years. I say about 7-9 months ago, they started neglecting my wish’s on my account, revamp my bill, sending Products to my house. So now I am with Verizon. Let me to tell you that just coming to this place and chatting with Felipe since Thursday last week. Never did TM ever communicated with like he did in few days. In 2 hr and 46 mins I transferred 3 lines and etc. Just from my experience from TM to here i was jumping up and down with joy, that i finally have communication with a company to get what i want and how i wanted. As a truck driver going all over the US i really am surprised and pleased 😀. If you are thinking about leaving another CS company. I strongly do recommend here. I promise you will get what you deserve here! Thanks again Verizon “Felipe” so happy now.

My service was excellent. The representative that helped me get my devices was really good. Exceptional We engaged in good conversation and talk about life, retirement, and family. I wouldn't have changed this experience.

My phone was showing some weird messages. I stopped by this store and the sales rep took care of everything for me. Great service

I've been In sever times about a virus on my phone. Some of the guys would brush me off after I was sold a phone. The reason why my review is a 5stars is because when I met this guy with the ponytail and cool tie he not only fixed it he also takes to the guy who sold me the phone and now they all help me with my issues thanks to him

I had issues with both my phones. The screen was acting up and not performing how I wanted. Fixed me though so it's all good

My bill was $500 plus and it was a little shocking to see my bill that high. I came in and the representative help me lower my bill by $200 and got Auto place set up on my account. This was quite pleasant and I really enjoyed my experience.

My wife came in and she needed a new phone but soon I got one too. I knew my phone had some life left but I'm happy that he got is both taken care off. Great job.

I had several issues with my phone. For some reason I couldn't call but I brought it in here and they fixed me right up. Not sure what I was doing but glad it's fixed

Customer service representatives dress sharp and helped my into a new account with a good promotion. They also helped break down my bill and helped save money each month with auto pay. Recommended to friends and family.

I am certainly not a tech person so have depended on the staff at the Verizon stores in Gainesville and Palatka Florida. They have always been courteous, patient and helpful when I go in with questions my 9 year old grandson could probably answer. Have never left feeling frustrated or disappointed.

I needed help with resetting my messages, notifications, and call filter. This employee was excellent he needs a raise. I always want him here when I come in. Oh he also helped me reset my setting back to default.
