i wanted to build a guinea pig cage useing coroplast (sighn board) and i went t this guys place the mail box has the logo on it (its ran out of his house ) and he was real nice and i brought a 4 foot by 8 foot peice of coroplast from him for 16 dollers usually its 50 and i was like wow will go their again.

First sales person failed to follow up. I initiated a service or a second time and received a date a week out and was contacted by the automated text messaging system to confirm my order which was done. But on the date of service after me taking off of work I waited home all day for a 1-5pm appointment and was not contacted by anyone regarding my appointment. A complete failure of accountability. Speaking to customer service agents who have no empathy and manipulate callers to end call to avoid leaving a after call review.
