I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. I worked for them, but before I worked for them, I was a customer. When I was a customer, they always treated their customers with the utmost respect. When I was an employee I was also treated with the most respect. Unfortunately I could no longer keep my job due to my son's illness but it's nice to have a company that actually actually understands and doesn't make you feel less than. I want to make sure everyone understands that Stephanie The manager at the Springdale location is truly an exceptional woman, she goes above and beyond the call of duty. Also the boss over us, his name is Austin, you couldn't ask for a more honest and truly a wonderful boss. I definitely will miss this company, but maybe when things in my life settle down and my baby gets better if the grace of the Lord gives him that. I just want you all to know everyone,Dan thank you because you are just one of the best of the best brother and I thank you for all your patience kindness thoughtfulness and just being the boss you are as well

Stephanie and her staff were very friendly and helpful. Offered fair prices for my items. Definitely will do business with them in the future.

Fair and honest people trying to make an honest living providing a needed service to the community. I love the free monthly live jam secessions at the Rogers store. They have searched and found items for me that I wanted. I have witnessed them quietly giving back to their community. Dale, Becky, Jake, and all the other employees I’ve dealt with were great.

Ever since my first visit at Big brothers Pawn , Jacob gave me such a excellent customer Service. He made me feel so welcome. His Knowledge on Jewelry and Guns was so Impressive. Definitely coming back to purchase more Jewelry!

Jordan was a HUGE help in resetting my laptop I brought in. I was actually coming to look for a charging cord for my laptop and they didn't have 1 for sell but had 1 I could use while here. He took the time to show me how to reset it and also went the extra step in actually resetting it himself.
The other staff was great as well.! Jason was a nice gentleman and kept up a good conversation with me and my son while the laptop reset. He also showed my son different guns and what they could be used for. (Hunting etc) Brad was nice enough to allow my son to take a picture with a HUGE Jesus pendant and chain and also offered us all (me and my 2 kiddos) popcorn.!! Jake offered me a stool to sit on while my laptop reset. (I have a tumor on my back and my legs/feet tend to go numb) Jake is a funny, cool young dude...LoL. Miguel seems very tech savvy and showed myself and my daughter different apple watches and how they work.! He also offered his input on resetting my laptop.
I have purchased several items from this pawn shop and will continue to do so.!! They are a FANTASTIC team worthy of your business.!

Jordan spoke as soon as I walked in with a smile on his face and Brad was of great assistance when helping me sale my television , I’m not from the area and I can say they made me feel really welcomed. The store was clean and the team was very interactive and kind with customers.

I have always had a great experience with them. Able to find what I'm seeking and even some of my wants. Did to separate purchase in different dates I didn't took his name young latino guy very helpful , the last purchase I was helped by an old lady very sweet thanks for finding what I really like .

Big Brother's Pawn offers so much for the customers! From friendly staff, to expert customer service, a wide variety of merchandise, to the awesome popcorn, it's a great place to shop. Jordann is especially helpful! He always greets the customers with a smile and gives his undivided attention to you and helps with what you are looking for! Great job!

A few days ago, my laptop died unexpectedly on me. It was a heartbreaking time, as I'd been through a lot with this laptop.
I went here to kill some time, but I stopped to look at the laptops. After a while, Jordann helped me pick out the perfect laptop.
It's clean, in great condition, and it was very cheap for such a good laptop.
I would recommend this place for anyone looking for anything! The people are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

The only pawn shop in NWA that I go to. They’re very professional and quick with fulfilling any needs or questions customers have. When visiting this fabulous business, ask for JORDAN! He is super helpful, kind hearted, and patient. He has always impressed me with his dedication and passion for helping people!

Brad provides excellent customer service! He answered all of our questions, helped us do some research in the product we were interested in purchasing. Helped load it into the vehicle. Great shopping experience!

I have been coming to this location for years now and they have always been friendly, accommodating and fair in their quotes. Zach and Jordan are amazing and have excellent customer service skills!!! If you need to pawn, sell or buy anything, Big Brother's Pawn is the place to go!!

Great place to shop/pawn always quick no matter how many people are there the wait time is small. Jason is great! My go to for tools, lawn equipment, guns, and just to see what's new.

Becky and the rest of the staff at BBP are AWESOME!! They are super friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. Plus, the shops of theirs I've been in are clean and have a good variety of inventory-not just a bunch of lawnmowers and chainsaws. But they have those if you need them! I was impressed at the amount of musical instruments and guns they had too. No matter where you are in NWA there is a BBP nearby.

I see all these bad reviews. I have never been treated badly here. Awesome group of folks. Now if your disrespectful and act like someone owes ya something, then ya they may treat ya the way you treat them. Folks this is a pawn shop not Burger King. Lol. Love you guys thank you for all the help yall always give .

Let's just say 5 Stars doesn't do them justice they deserve a 10 star.
Jacob is always so helpful when looking for items needed even if he doesn't it available at that exact time he always keeps an eye out when it becomes available. Highly Recommend it and will be returning soon!

I would have to say hands down Best pawn shop in Springdale I moved down here from Kansas City needed a lawn mower in a weed wacker gas powered , but I live in Fayetteville so I drove out here checked out a couple other pawn shops before I went to Big Brothers. Big Brothers had exactly what I needed at a great price I got a Toro mower self-propelled like I wanted and a gas-powered weed wacker I will be a returning future customer for sure thanks again.

I have pawned and bought at Big Brothers several times now, and the customer service is outstanding!! Jordan is my favorite I try to deal with him everytime, super fast, friendly , and can answer any question you have! You guys rock!

Went in to buy a used instrument for my son. Jacob was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the buying experience enjoyable. Highly recommend using this location
