Pierponts Bath & Kitchen.. If you ever need anything to do with Bath, and kitchen supplies or just a new tub to shower kit. You needs to talk to Cathy. This woman knows everything about anything to get your new Stand-up shower kit. I had to do a new Stand-up shower to helps both my elderly parents to get in and out of the shower easily.
She didn't waste anytime getting what I need, and even kept the delivery date on schedule, and most of all kept me updated on everything that we ordered.
Honestly price wise was extremely affordable, but most of all the Customers Services was above, and beyond what you get from anyone now a days. I have not installed the new shower kit yet, but will definitely post lots of pics once finished.
So not being paid by Cathy to post this review, or fake made-up review. If you ever needs a shower kit or help with anything you are clueless about. Go talk to Cathy. She will help you, show you what you need. And once you decide to go with her. This woman Customer Service is a step beyond what your expectations will be.

Cathy was awesome and well versed in finding just the right bathroom accessories for us. The shop was the only one opened late on Saturday and she stayed even later to help us. Cathy was very helpful from the moment we walked into her store. We were just starting our search for a new sink and she was very helpful with walking us through the process. Cathy was able to find us the exact sink we wanted and even found the basket strainer and garbage disposal flanges to match. We were from out of state and she worked with us every step of the way to have every thing shipped to our door in a timely manner. Cathy provided excellent customer service and I would highly recommend doing business with her.

The service is great here, the owner knows the business well and can really save you time. After receiving my quote I attempted to piece together the same setup with comparable options online and could not buy confidently. You can be confident you have what you need with a quality product here.

Cathy, the owner, is all about customer service. She helped us order a high quality, stylish, faucet for our shower that matched our bridged sink faucets. She then helped us order an onyx shower system and located an installer for us to work with. Cathy is personable, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. My wife and I purchased a sink and faucet from Pierpont’s recently and we absolutely love it. The sink is durable and looks beautiful no matter what we use it for. We have given dogs baths, cleaned car floor mats and even used for holding water to mop floors. The sink still looks brand new! The faucet is stylish and excellent quality. I went to Pierponts looking for hardware for my shower renovation. Cathy was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and even though she did not have what I was looking for in the showroom she took the time to show me catalogs of what could be ordered and ultimately found what I wanted in an older catalog. Cathy explained the pieces and how they worked in detail be make sure I was getting what I needed and would work in my shower. She then made a call to and business in Utica, New York, found the hardware I wanted and had it to me in ONLY TWO DAYS. The thermostat control and water flow controller work perfectly and the handles and trim are beautiful! I simply could not have asked for more from a great local business! I would highly recommend Pierponts Bath & Kitchen for anyone looking for the perfect or hard to find pieces for a bathroom or kitchen. Since I own an older home, I'll be returning to Pierponts in the future so I can get exactly what I want for my next renovation project!
