Because of the tax preparer who assisted me. She is both extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and pleasant to deal with, I have used her personally at the location where I go for at least the last three years. In my opinion she is without a doubt the best tax preparer you have at the location where I go. Possibly the best period.

This is the second year I have filled in office with Carol Bowen and each time its pleasant. She is quick and efficient and very friendly. As long as you have staff like her I don't see why I wouldn't come back.

Carol Bowen was awesome. Felt very comfortable with her. The first time I came in I dont remember who I seen but it was a woman and I just didn't feel comfortable dealing with her. Carol Bowen immediately make me feel comfortable and she was just great will only see her from now on!!!

I've always had great customer service with H&R, especially when dealing with Mike Stevens. In fact, this year he even met me half way to his office just to make it easier for me to get him my paperwork as I no longer have a car.

The lady who filed my taxes accidentally missed two pages of my incomes call me immediately to fix it ask me what I can come back into the office I told her I walked I would walk back up there it was 12° outside she said it was my fault I will come pick you up if that's okay and I will bring you back she went beyond the call and help me make sure my taxes were right and to make sure I didn't have to severe this brutal cold to get it done for the second time for that she went beyond the Call of Duty and I think her

They lady who helped prepare my taxes was very easy going. She was easy to open up to, without making me feel clueless.

We have been using this H & R Block location for 2 years now and have had nothing but excellent service, with the same person. This year we had a different prepare and received the same great service.

We've been going to H&R Block, at this office for 18 years. We know the workers, they remember us and are friendly and patient with our granddaughter.

Honestly the lady that do my w2 she is friendly and fast..her name Carol I forgot her last name.I file my w2 at Springdale Arkansas state..looking forward to next year to meet her..god bless.
