This is my go-to post office and the process is always great. They strike the right balance between stepping in to help you and letting you take care of things on your own. They are knowledgable, helpful, and won't try to up-sell or scam you. Always great.

I lived in Shorewood for 10+ years and have had a post office box for 5. The service at the shorewood branch is just fine and the folks that work there are very even keeled especially when you consider what they deal with everyday. I am not sure you can blame staff when you arrive at the post office without your package prepared and you don’t have tape. Did you assume they provide you that service for free? I appreciate the simple consistency of this branch and the building has some cool architecture.

I use this post office frequently and the staff is friendly, especially the male who is often at the counter (I feel bad I didn’t catch his name). The wait time has never been crazy long. I went to the North Shore Post office today and the associate was so insanely rude and unknowledgeable about shipping using flat-rate boxes it made me realize how much better it is at the Shorewood Post Office!

When I first moved here from De Pere, WI, I was concerned because our Post Office was so friendly and helpful. As a newcomer, I have found service to be outstanding and helpful. They went the extra mile to trace a package coming from Brazil that an exchange student needed. Thank you to the Shorewood PO staff.

I always go to the post office in person! They are always busy and the employees manage to remain friendly and calm in all situations. I highly recommend this location, just be aware that you will probably have to stand in line, because it's a very popular post office.

The staff are cooperative

I love the staff here they are very friendly. I have been in here when it's busy during the holidays and the staff was able to manage. Its the worst when you have like 2 people at a time getting passports because that does take awhile but that is not the post office's fault by any means. I was informed about media mail here from one of the workers and was able to save money in the future so I will have to say they are helpful.

Also check out the giant rubber ball band behind the counter where the middle service window is. That thing is wicked huge! I always peek at it when I go there. Never disappoints.
