Had a great experience here and would recommend to anyone that needs work done. I contacted the business Wednesday inquiring about dropping off a new PC because I couldn't get it to boot and needed to have it tested to figure out whats wrong as I had no spare parts for a build this new to test myself. I dropped it off Thursday and within 2 hours was contacted and told the problem, picked the PC up and the fee was completely reasonable especially for that turnaround time. Got the replacement ordered as it was still under guarantee, had the parts Saturday afternoon and by Saturday evening had a working PC. I can't thank Bob enough for the work and the speed that he got it done, I started second guessing myself the first time when it wouldn't start but after he showed me the issue and the replacement came in, it was an hour of work and the PC was running great. 100% recommend the company to anyone less comfortable working with their own hardware or anyone that just needs a second opinion.

Great customer service, I’ve seen him help elderly customers carry big computers in and out of store and explains everything very clearly and simple so it’s easy for you to understand. Came twice now for problems others couldn’t fix and he somehow got them fixed and very quickly. Can not recommend Bob enough!!!

Need my phone fixed so I can get the full credit for trade in, I had less than a quarter inch crack. Called over 5 in the area they all wanted over $100 just to change the back glass (maybe a 15 min job). The glass itself only cost less than $5-10 when I researched it. Called this place up, he did it for around $30 dollars and it only took 15-20mins. Turned in my phone and was just notified that the job he did helped get the full trade in perfect condition credit.

Bob was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. And polite! He came highly recommended by a phone carrier and they were correct. I've told friends about his treatment of my problem.

Great experience! Above and beyond service. Long story short, Bob was able to recover a good portion of my business files from a failed thumb drive back up that the reek squad said they’d have to send out and costs start at $300.00 up to $1400.00 with no guarantee. Not only did he do it in his shop, and quickly I might add, he was less than a third of the starting cost of the other guys. To top it off I was having trouble with loading the newly recovered company files, turned out my hard drive was bad as well. He took it in and installed a new hard drive and pulled up the company files at no additional charge!? Great trustworthy guy and I’m sure glad I found him! Let me just say, I will NEVER go anywhere else for tech repair! Bob was awesome. Got all my issues completed in a mere 5 days. Extremely reasonable and well priced. He helped with explaining everything and communication was top-notch.

I dropped my phone one day, and the screen shattered. I stopped by Bob, ordered me a new Samsung Galaxy ultra20 screen, and a few days later, he installed it for me. Only took about an hour. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone I know. 💯 percent satisfaction.

I dropped my phone and the screen went black. I arrived at ADK Data & Tech repair in a bit of a panic because it had been months since my last back-up. They replaced my screen and had my phone back in action in a half hour, for a reasonable price. I’d recommend them to anyone!

Spectrum sent me here to fix an issue I was having with my iPhone and ADK data had it fixed in about 1 minute! He was awesome. So why couldn’t spectrum fix the problem 🤷🏻‍♀? Glad they referred me here, I’ll definitely go back if I have other problems. Thank you!!

5 stars is far less than Bob deserves. He's a kind, caring person for starters. On top of that, he was a miracle-worker in recovering my data, did it promptly & refused to charge me even close the value of his service. After several prior disappointing experiences w/tech repair, Bob restored my faith in competent, kind & impeccable quality services. AD&TR is the BEST, hands down!

Great service, friendly owner, more than fair pricing, and fast repair (was experiencing graphics issues and no running fans in desktop, brought pc in at late hours, recieved next day at 11am)
