I stopped by Smith’s once they reopened after the holidays because I had a horrible scrape from a bright orange pole on my white car. Within 10-15 minutes they had someone stop what they were doing and fix it. Not only was I so grateful for how quickly they took care of my car, they also did an amazing job, and I will definitely be back for future repairs. They are prompt, friendly, and my car looks so much better!

Small bumper damage was fixed very quickly. Where so many shops have long wait times for repairs, Smith’s Paint and Body gave me a quote and then got my car in the shop one week later. The repair was completed in the shop after 5 days. The Smith brothers truly run a great business. Wonderful customer service. Smooth interaction with my insurance company (State Farm). Smith's is the best body shop experience ever! After a significant right front bumper collision, we read the great reviews and decided to try them out. The service and work were simply outstanding. The front of the car looks perfect like new. They did a great job testing and checking everything to be sure it was right. It was such a pleasant experience compared to a different body shop we used previously. Smith's is now the only body shop I would use going forward! Thanks! :)

I was introduced to Smith Paint about 3 years ago with a State Farm claim! Since then I have gone to the establishment on my own for personal damage on my vehicle a couple times! I am super grateful for these 2 brothers that own this business! They do honesty business and I will continue to shout their praise and support! They 100% great human beings!

I'm not one to typically write reviews but I was so very impressed by Smith's. First pricing was extremely reasonable. They very quickly got the part and fixed my car. The customer service was tremendously friendly and helpful. Lastly and most notably, when I went to pick up my car they had noticed my taillight was also out and fixed it for free. I highly recommend! Great customer service.

The gentlemen at Smith's recently repaired my bumper, which a friend had backed into to. They did an amazing job; my car looks brand new, the work was completed quickly, and they were as polite and friendly as anyone could hope. Not only that, but they washed and cleaned the interior, so my car came out of the shop looking better than before it got it. They truly went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks!

I had a loose part around tire. I stopped by to ask and see if it is fixable, so I won’t loose the part and damage car more. Eddie not only looked at it but quickly fixed it. So grateful and will definitely use this place in future.

Excellent job with my repair! My vehicle was completed in an extremely timely manner. Upon pick up, my vehicle was absolutely spotless...inside and out. These gentlemen did exactly what they said they would do and kept us updated during the entire process...that is UNHEARD of these days! I highly recommend this honest family-owned business!

Excellent body work done for our vehicle. They painted our 2009 vehicle and it matches perfectly. That's not an easy job... very nice, family owned business that I would be happy to recommend to my family and friends.

These gentlemen are very fair and honest and did an EXCELLENT job on my wrecked Camry! They worked with my insurance company but did what was best for MY vehicle. Every time I called they were very polite. Customer service is top priority here! I couldn’t be happier, my car looks better than it did before it was wrecked! Thank you Randy and everyone there who took good care of me. Accidents are horrible but you guys made everything okay again and I appreciate it sincerely!

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with Smith's work. My car, which was hit broadside was returned to me looking like it just came from the showroom floor. The work was done in less time than anticipated and under the cost of the initial estimate. My car was returned cleaned and detailed. Their work is absolutely flawless and my car looks like new.

Eddie and his crew did an amazing job on my vehicle!! If you want quality work I suggest using Smith's for your repairs. They work well with the insurance company too!!

Very nice and up front. The brakes went out on my extra car I was using while they were fixing my truck. So I needed to get my truck back before it was done. They understood let me take it before they were done with it. And I just take it back when I got my other car fixed.

Well, they don't provide estimates post 11.30 AM which is totally okay as they are occupied with fixing the car issues and deliver. I had to return back and this morning I was there at 8.15 AM while driving to office. My vehicle was inspected, the fix was minor, it was done in 5 minutes flat and I wasn't charged anything. There was no effort to upsale anything ..these things are hard to come by. Appreciate the guys and this place is where my Car will go for any non mechanical issues. Two Thumbs up !

Smith's Body Shop is the best auto work experience I have ever had!! Honest, down to earth and wonderful service! I will keep coming back to these guys if I need any more repair work done in the future!
