Angel was the sweetest. Good customer service is hard to come by😂. I got to try various ice creams. This location is relatively small compared to the one in Wilmington, NC but has a wide assortment of ice creams, chocolates and other decadent desserts. I will be returning next time I visit. Price point is really good for the amount of ice cream you get!

I loved the vanilla salted caramel in the fresh waffle cone. Vanessa was so friendly and positive. Great customer service. The vibe in Celebration is so pleasing and not far from the craziness of the theme parks.

This place is my go to stop in everytime! I think that freshly made waffle cone smell gets me. Sometimes I go for ice cream, sometimes for the fudge. There are plenty of flavor options and even packaged candies to purchase. There is always a bit of a line but it moves quickly. There is outdoor seating right outside the door, but also plenty of places to sit around the lake and relax with whatever you decide to order. I went with the Turtle Cheesecake in a waffle cone, the rest of my party went with Marshmallow Smore with hot fudge in a Sundae cup and then Blueberry ice cream in a wafflecone.

Immaculate. Customer service was so great the lady at the counter was so nice and patient and the people scooping the ice cream were awesome. I’m not a caramel kinda guy if I’m being honest but I tried their salted caramel icecream it. was. so. good. The fudged brownie icecream was even better ♾/10 so good definitely try this when you get the chance.

If you want to taste real ice cream, this is a must. Let your cone be filled with creamy ice. It’s almost a meal but one you certainly will remember. If you want to taste before you decide, no problem. They are very helpful. Remember: this ice cream will be the standerd when buying an ice cream ever after. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Such a fun dessert shop in the center of Celebration. Tried the tasty Celebration Mud but highly recommend the Fudge Brownie! Homemade waffle cones and vanilla fudge put us in a happy sugar coma.

Delicious variety of ice cream! So so flavorful and creamy. Can't wait to try other flavors!

Best ice cream in Orlando area! It’s only 15 minutes outside of the Disney parks. The customer service is outstanding! We love that it’s still family run. The ice cream quality and flavor is amazing. They are generous with their servings and the value is worth what you pay for. We are from out of state and will go out of our way to stop by every time we are on vacation! Would recommend!

It was so good! They had my favorite ice cream which is the cherry one, I drove 30 mins and it was totally worth it! They even put a lot of sprinkles is my ice cream, the ladies that work there are extremely sweet 🫶🏻💚

Best option for ice cream. Price is appropriate for quality and location. Not sure why people complain. It's not Baskin Robbins. Place smells like waffle cones. Chocolate barks are on the pricey side at $34/lb. Didn't try them. I had cookies n cream and salted chocolate caramel ice cream. Both very good. Decent size scoops. $8.33. I thought that was fair. There was a line up, but it went fast. About 2 dozen flavors.

Some might say a little bit expensive but they have a captive audience and great products + nice location with seating so it's a winner for me.

Wonderful ice cream, I chose pistachio and pralines, perfect choice. Creamy and tasty. Kind people and lots of smiles, great attention.

We are floridians, we love kilwins. The location in Celebration is right in the center of the city, a super pet friendly city...they even offered ice cream samples for the dogs... delicious!!!
