Carrier messed up my delivery two days in a row, the manager went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Everyone makes mistakes, it's all about how you correct them.

I personally had a great experience at this location. Normally it could take fifteen to twenty minutes for the United States Postal Service to answer my calls, I was able to speak with someone in under five minutes.

The location was busy but I was able to get out in under twenty minutes.

Sometimes it is really busy and you have to wait awhile but it is much better than the Utica post office which is only a few miles away. The longest I have had to wait was about 20-30 minutes but usually it is more like about 5-10. Sadly the U.S. Postal Service doesn't get much better than that.

I ship packages almost daily and every time I go inside, I'm greeted with a warm smile and helpful attitudes. All of the guys working deserve a raise. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

The woman that helped me ship my heavy items was very helpful, she recommended which box and service I should use and helped me disassemble my item to try and get it to fit in a flat rate box, when that didn't work she let me repack my items into the box I brought and let back to her desk so I didn't have to wait in line again

I went on vacation, put my mail on hold. had a death in the family, called to extend hold for another week. able to do so. had a wonderful experience with person who took call. so glad that I live in their area.

Never had to wait over 5-10 minutes max and they don't rush you out, they help you patiently with a wonderful attitude! My favorite post office❣
