I picked out a washer dryer and side by side fridge which they delivered and installed same day. Everything works perfectly. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent. The delivery guy went above my expectations trying to make the fridge fit thru our doors which he succeeded.i was impressed. Will use them again for sure.

They met us at their store on memorial day weekend to show my wife and I a washer/dryer set. We bought them and had the delivered. We did have a issue with the washer and Chris exchanged it with the exact model the next day. Very pleased with their costumer service.

I bought a washer and dryer for $846. I got home and the dryer wouldn't work keep turning off and blowing my breaker. So the "free warranty" they give actually costs $50 unless you bring the machine back to their store. And since I'm not in tulsa it would be more. So I just had a look at it and they left so much lint in this dryer that it filled up a walmart bag. Getting the lint from under the lint trap should be 1st thing you do when getting a machine ready to sell. This shows neglect and malice as their negligence could have CAUGHT MY HOUSE ON FIRE. They literally got in a dryer that would only work for a load then die and did absolutely no maintenance to it so inwould have to pay for them to fix it even tho i have a "gree warranty" When I was talking to the lady she didn't say sorry once or offer to pay for part of the fee since it didn't work day 1 and I paid almost a grand for all of this. These are no good scammers and I plan on serving them soon as what they did to me and countless others is illegal. Save your time and frustration and go to literally anyone else.

UPDATE:
Within 30 days of the new $140 part being put in, the washer began to act up again. We called and texted for weeks and never got a response. So much for a 30 day warranty on parts of the business doesn’t call you back. So now the same part needs to be replaced and the same issue has come back and we are not within the warranty. Beyond frustrating!

Buyer beware! Sold us a washer and dryer set in April 2022. October our drum in the in the washing machine began to go out. The drum was not spinning well enough to get the excess water out of our clothing. Paid $40 for a diagnosis. A small plastic part had been stripped. The deeper issue was that a major part of the drum was stripped down working at about 70%. I was told that the plastic part would have been replaced before the sale but the most expensive part, that was causing the plastic part to be stripped, would have been looked at but not replaced. So in essence, they sold us a machine with a part that was defective. Because of that defective part, we will have to either replace it or replace the corresponding part likely every year. The total cost to replace this tiny little “made in China plastic part“, is $140. After calling and speaking to the shop, I was told that this is just the way buying used goes. No, you get a used appliance up and running and if there’s a part that is only operating at 70%, you should fix it before selling if operating ethically. Because this part was not even up to par when we bought it, we are going to spend as much or more than the cost of the washer to fix it all when said and done. They should honor that they made a mistake and fix the deeper issue. Someone wasn’t doing their job and it will cost us a lot of money. Go elsewhere if you want a quality refurbished item. Or if you want good customer service.

Would not recommend buying washer and dryer set from them. They have a nice tech that came out and installed both washer and dryer for us. The dryer would not get hot, the tech came out and replaced the fuse, and it still would not work. The washing machine hose was leaking at the faucet, so he came out and replaced the washers on it, and you have to run the spin cycle 2 times for it to get the water out. I tried calling, they don't answer, so I text, her and she said "there will be a fee for the repair as we are past the 30 day warranty. The repair fee is $129.00, but, if you want to purchase the extended warranty, its $179 for 6 months which covers the washer and dryer. With the fuse keep blowing out, I suggest getting the vent cleaned out. (the vent shoots 6 inches straight out the back, it was fine)". I told her I didn't agree with her, and she never replied. We will never use them again!
